Fantastic shower facilities

Room was unclean upon arrival …crisps left on the floor from previous people, dirty bedding, WiFi didn’t work, no coffee pods for facilities.

Good value English breakfast. Room was fine, quiet and a good night's sleep

As it was not busy being able to book in earlier without paying extra would have been beneficial.

Location & breakfast was what I needed. Staff were pleasant & friendly. Communal areas were clean and well presented and the food was good.

No hairdryer in drawer despite sign. TV remote battery cover missing, batteries had been secured with tape. Cracked trunking for cabling. Exposed power connector. Bed had been turned around & had metal securing bars exposed. Bulb was insecure light didn’t work initially & this was the cause. Missing coat hangers. Heating had been turned off & no key was available to turn it on. Sink was cracked. Bathroom door had a poor attempt to repair damage. Bath panel was cracked. Bathroom mirrors were looking ‘tired’ and showed signs of age.

Comfy bed. Excellent reception staff.

Price of room. Weddings being held there meant bar was closed.

Close to where needed to be, the cooked breakfast was lovely and hot,friday cooked to order. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Very very dated, no air conditioning, sat night went outside and loads of kids hanging by the door as a prom taking place, alot of screaming and revving of cars, couldnt sit outside for a drink.

Breakfast was fine. the room for a short stay was all that was needed. bed was adequate.

Not close to amenities but there are nice pubs and restaurants within a mile. Ring O Bells pub is excellent

Carpets tired which made the room seem dirty. Furniture throughout the hotel very dated and tired, Staff wouldn't give me a decent wine glass to take to the room as in their words "they won't come back" which I found highly offensive

Rooms a little tired in places wobbly taps, tired paintwork, and tiles in bathroom

Reception staff made us very welcome and attended to our needs. Housekeeping were pleasant and obliging. Breakfast staff also were pleasant and helpful.

Preferred freshly cooked breakfast to the buffet style which wasnt as fresh and hot
