Almost everything about our stay was excellent, the breakfast was hot, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Nice comfortable, clean and newly refurbished room.

The only thing that really could have been better, were the lovely black out curtains, which hung just too far away from the wall. All night the outside lights framed the curtains and light came through the centre, too. Might as well have left the room lights on all night.

The hotel is super old and dated. The rooms have dirty bathrooms, mould, noisy plumbing and not shower soap and dirty toilet. The bedding and sandpaper.... I did not sleep and my skin was scraped by the bedding...disgusting place! The breakfast was awful, dirty plates and knifes and forks! Three was nor separated green handles serving spoons for vegetarians ...hot breakfast...cross contamination!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Breakfast was awful,rubbery bacon,no eggs and 20 minutes to make poached eggs! The staff were surly,un-welcoming and not up to standard.

The carpet could do with a revamp. I understand you need the ramp, but it left hardly any room to use the stairs at the side, it was very awkward, especially when you had a lot of bags. I did try walking on the ramp, I managed up but couldnt quite manage down.

The air conditioning was great for the warm weather and the free parking accessible throughout the day made the stay very convenient.

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice good choice and plentyfull.

The hotel is located in a very accessible location to Ashton Town centre. The staff were very friendly and assisted as best as they could. I had requested for our 2 rooms to be together, but since one was a family room and the other a standard double, they were located at opposite ends, but still on the same floor. Very clean and comfortable room, with free WiFi, ironing board and iron. There was also a cupboard for a fridge to be installed.

There is ample parking but can be quite cramped if you have a large vehicle. I've rated this property a 7, mainly because it is still under refurbishment. However, we'd still stay here again 😃

Good parking, friendly staff and a warm welcome

The property was well located, with pleasant staff and the rooms was a decent size.

The cleanliness of the room was questionable, with dust on the vents and edges of the furniture. The bathroom was also very dated in comparison to the rest of the room.

Rob was amazing and friendly helped me get the lift since I had a broken foot

The facility is outdated. There was toothpaste left on the ensuite washbasin and nowhere to store my toiletries and makeup. The sliding door to the ensuite was stiff and dragged on the carpet. The breakfast did not look appetizing.
