Lovely room and bathroom. Extremely clean. Excellent breakfast.

Lady running the restaurant in the evening was not friendly. A clear exception to everyone else working at the hotel. Breakfast staff particularly nice.

Nothing to like

My child was given boiling water which fell on him and burnt his skin. No-one helped with 1st aid. The double room had a single duvet and one towel. The code for the keyboard was for only 1 room. Had to phone to get the other code at 02.00am. The manager apportioned all blame to us for letting our son have boiling water. The room had breakfast included and she offered to give us free breakfast The woman is currently shouting at us. What a nightmare.

We arrived later in the day and staff were very helpful and corresponded quickly for our arrival. Once we arrived and checked in we liked the everything about the room. The bed was really comfortable and quiet surroundings. In the morning we enjoyed a great breakfast!

The only negative I can say about the hotel is that it didn't have A/C. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay very much
