The location is great right on the front. Free parking

Upon arriving at the motel, which is what it is, when we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk tried to overcharge me as he hadn't noticed. I had already paid 2 nights deposit, not one. It wasn't till I pointed this out that he realized, then we were not told until I saw the sign. That says the pool was closed, which was upsetting as I'd purposely paid for accommodation with a pool. When I could have got a whole apartment cheaper without one. No compensation was made for this, however. We were asked if we wanted our room service while we stayed, we said. Yes, this did not get done on any day when I went to reception to ask if somebody could. I was told everybody had gone home. The breakfast was adequate. However, the staff needed better training as there were dirty tables everywhere, and people were waiting to sit down, and they seemed to just be walking about. I have worked in hospitality my whole life. And it was hard to witness. The tables should have been cleared within a few minutes. Throughout our whole road trip of WA, this was one of our more expensive stays. I expected a lot more.

Very noisy exhaust fan in bathroom Dining room very warm in morning sun. Breakfast supplies ran very low. Maybe short staffed so had to be asked to replenish things Dated decor.

Property was basic but served purpose for our stay although I would say the mattress on the double bed is very uncomfortable.

Lovely staff, very clean and comfortable room brilliant location and breakfast was ideal even catering for my Gluten and Dairy intolerance.

The room well located.close to shops, across the road from beach. Large comfortable room. We had in room service, food very good and delicious desserts.

Room was upstairs - had to carry all the luggage Room was tiny, light in toilet is working sometimes and not working sometimes and very tiny

Extremely clean, everything you need is there and it's the best location

It's very old and it's right next door to the nightclub. It didn't really bother us, you can't hear the music, but there were lots of people shouting in the street in the early hours of the morning
