No tea or coffee making facilities. Room was very basic. No food available from the restaurant after arriving at 9.00pm. Would have hoped for a simple sandwich.

Breakfast, dinner, service and staff was all lovely and authentic. It was a super location for us to get around and get to know the area. Also bike parking, price and offer for the room was nice, but we would rather have stayed in the main building.

Location of the room was on top of a staircase in another building with beds that were not comfortable, actually we both had back problems after 2 nights. Also, we asked for double bed/queensize and got twin beds that slid away. The air in the room was not good even if it was clean and nice, and a bit small. The balcony had a door without a possible night air hook to keep it partially open. But the screaming seagulls landed on the balcony and it had no facilities and was not a place for us to sit or use for anything. I would have preferred a normal window and be able to open it without being scared of gulls coming in. As we loved the hotel otherwise, I would next time instead ask not to be placed in this side building. Ringkøbing is an utterly charming town!!

The hotel is nicely situated in the heart of Ringkøbing. The older building is particularly cute especially the bar. Staff were all very nice, polite and helpful.

The room was way too small. No coffee machine, not even a bottle of water. The room rate was excessive for a teeny tiny room with an uncomfortable bed. The temperature was way too high but there was no way to adjust it. The TV setting were all messed up. The wardrobe very small and only had one door. The breakfast was very poor. All in all, the price was way too excessive for a poorly equipped room.

The breakfast was ok, but no pate, not much veggies and no Danish cookies.

The bathroom was to small. No place to have soap, shampoo e.g. in the shower nor near the zink.

Breakfast good. Great food and wine in the dinner restaurant at an acceptable price level. Perfect location by the town square. Good parking facilities in public parking next to the hotel.

The double bed was only 140 cm wide.

The hotel is located in the most beautiful part of Ringkøbing, on the old Marketplace. There are many bars, restaurants und pubs and you can take your drinks and meals in the Gardening in front of the hotel. The room was spacious enough for a stay of a few days, beautifully decorated, bathroom was excellend equipped and all was working fine. The breakfast in the old historic buildiung was outstanding and with many options to choose, including fresh baked wafers. A special Thankyou to the young staff, who was very helpful in our situation (one of us had a little accident and we need to use frozen icepacks for some strain in the leg). They helped us to use the fridge in the kitchen for pur medical staff. Another Thankyou to the lady from the reception, who helped us to find a parking space for our motorcycles with easy and short access to our room.

When we arrive, no help to manage with luggage.

Got a room in the annex. 2. Floor without elevator. Breakfast buffet was too busy, and not corona compliant. No gloves available and too many people. Not possible to have a drink in the bar.
