Very comfortable. Highly recommended!

The breakfast attendant was very friendly and courteous and getting your juice in a glass was a bonus.

The room was very dated and smelled stuffy. The bathroom vanity was cracked and you were not able to open a window for fresh air. We thought it was over priced for what it was.

The breakfast was great and we even got hard butter which I loved, the staff were very friendly and obliging, noting was to much trouble.

The bathrooms are very tired.

The restaurant was lovely and the meal very good. The service by Raquel and the other ladies on that night was prompt and lovely. They were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The included breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Cooked breakfast was available at extra cost. The hotel is across the road from a park and was a pleasant afternoon walk. The room was basic and in need of a facelift but it was clean, warm and dry. There's also a pool.

Lisa C she was one of two receptionists on desk when we arrived. I observed her dealing quite rudely with the gentleman in front of me and was relieved when the other lady tried to process me. Unfortunately there was an issue with the payment system and it was not registering our bank cards. Lisa C interrupted the lady i was being processed by, angrily undermined her in front of customers, the way she then spoke to me was disrespectful and condescending. This was a system glitch and not a lack of funds, forgotten PIN or incorrect details provided by us the customers when booking. Lisa was very rude, derogatory and so unpleasant i nearly walked out. Later we returned to book dinner, this time my partner spoke with Lisa C. He ended up getting a 'serve' as well. Lisa C suggested we go elswhere for dinner as they were shortstaffed and we would have a very long wait to order and get our food. He turned to me for a quick discussion... Lisa then said rudely ' is that it then, is there anything else you want' whilst staring at us angrily. This behaviour really upset me, im a manager and deal with complex and difficult situations daily in my role. I understand being busy and stressed, but this was different it was nasty. I have never been treated like this or witnessed this type of behavior from a hotel receptionist in my 40 yrs of travelling internationally. It is a pity as everyone else we dealt with were lovely, friendly and helpful.
