Great pools, good location close to the beach and walkable to the fishermans village. Monkey club for kids was great. Nice pleasant gardens.

Breakfast / Dining restaurant is very hot, as it is open (no glass). Lots of fans but its very humid and uncomfortable even early in the morning. The resort feels a bit dated, the rooms could use a facelift.

Das Resort ist Wunderschön gelegen und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr Hilfsbereit und freundlich. Für uns eines der schönsten auf Samui. Das Frühstück am Meer ist Mega, etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre schön, wenn man länger dort ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön mit angelegt mit viel Vegetation. Die nähe zur Fischersmanns Village ist der Hammer. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Anlage mit super netten Mitarbeitern. Kitty, und das ganze Team machen Ihren Job sehr gut. Das Zimmermädchen von den neuen Villen ist Unglaublich, sie macht wirklich einen sehr guten Job, vielen Dank. Wir waren das zweite mal dort und würden es jederzeit wieder Buchen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub, wir haben uns 7 Wochen sehr gut gefühlt.

Lovely hotel grounds with beautiful pools. Bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. Within easy walking distance to Fisherman’s Village and access to buses to take you to different parts of the island.

We felt ripped off and believe the management have a scam going on. The room we booked was damp smelling, dark with no view and had constant noise from the busy road. We were offered another room but the view from that was of a brick wall. We were then offered another room with its own pool but at a cost of nearly £500 extra. This room was wonderful but the personal pool did not filter the water well so we had to ask for it to be cleared when we wanted to use it. We later found out from other guests that this was exactly the same experience for them…so be aware that if you book the more basic room you will need to pay more on arrival if you want a decent room.

החדרים שהוזמנו נמצאים על כביש ראשי סואן ורועש, שודרגנו לאחר שיחה בקבלה, אין גיוון בארוחת הבוקר, ערבי הבופה היו יקרים ולא מיוחדים, אוכל שנשאר מהערב הוגש למחרת בבוקר, מחיר המנות במסעדה היה גבוה, מחיר השייקים והשתיה היה גבוה מהמוצע בחוץ

Die Villas mit Pool sind sehr sauber, modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Die angebotenen Getränke im Zimmer sind inkludiert. Es gibt eins sehr gutes Frühstück mit tollem Blick direkt auf das Meer und die Nachbarinsel Koh Phangan.

Es ist sehr TUI lästig. Viele Deutsche und Engländer. Die Hauptstraße gleicht den ganzen Tag über einer Rennstrecke. An manchen Tagen fuhr mehrfach der Krankenwagen zu Unfällen in und um Bophut. Leider war es unter Wasser etwas matschig und es trieb einiges davon auch oben. Das Wasser war erfrischend, aber sehr trüb.

Amazing beachfront location; great breakfast at the restaurant overlooking the ocean; plenty sunchairs available around the pools and at the beach - the policy of not allowing 'towel-reservations' of sunchairs is excellent, always chairs available!; great playroom/kids club; beautiful hotel grounds with water, plants, and grass and plenty cozy hangout areas

Food and drink quality overall was definitely acceptable, but not superb. Smoking was allowed/tolerated at the bar which was super annoying. The wood floors around the pools and in the plunge pool villa was dark brown and got scorching hot in the sun - impossible to walk on barefoot. Also, plunge pool villas could have had a fan in the sunbed roof, got really hot in the middle of the day with little wind entering the private courtyard

Pool toilets and pool walls did not look clean at all. We checked out 2 days early was not offered any refund we unused days, We did think this was bad really.

The breakfast was amazing, a lot of choice and hotel staff very friendly. Good location, about a 5-10 min walk into the heart of fisherman village on the beach, roadside a bit longer.

The shower pressure was rubbish and didn’t work well for a 4* hotel but overall that was the only downside.

Had an amazing stay here, we stayed for 5 days. This resort was pure luxury. We were looked after from start to finish. The staff here are very helpful. Both Kitti and Chico were exceptionally helpful through our whole stay. There were also two guys from the pool bar that always made sure we had drinks and always checked up on us. They also decorated our friend’s room before we arrived. Will definitely be back to stay here again

Very Friendly and helpful Staff. Good Location close to bhoput walking Street and Night market. Breakfast is the Highlight: Served at the Beach Club with ocean view, large selection, very Tasty, asian and thai options and Continental options. Very nice for families, with Play Room and Play ground. Beach is nice and always cleaned (water is no the clearest, but that is not on the hotel). Taxi Service available. Some local Restaurant near by.

Family Rooms are not the Most spacious. Some Renovation needed here and there, but nothing Major

Wir hatten uns für den dortigen Aufenthalt ein Häuschen, mit kleinem Außenpool und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten gemietet. Wir waren von dem Zimmer positiv überrascht. Groß, sauber, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Absolut premium ist der kostenlose Shuttleservie vom und zum Flughafen.

Resort prices for food and beverage were a bit pricey. Restaurant food could be better quality

Staff was not pleasant, smiling but not helpful. For example: - for breakfast, our daughter was sick one day and we literally took 2 slices of bread to take out. The staff Mark made a mess out of it and we had to ask the resort manager who of course let us go. Same when our daughter did not wake up for breakfast. - kids club: staff is not checking if the kids are going out, they say it is not their responsibility, which made us scared the first day when we arrived and found out they had no clue of where was our daughter. Also, staff spends time talking to each other instead of taking care of kids, letting them by themselves in front of TV screens - room service was not done before 1pm every day at the best. After complaining, they agreed to have it done by 10.30am, but these things are basics ! - At the restaurant for lunch, we were ordering, and staff did not take the order several times

Excellent location adjacent to Fisherman’s Village in Bophut. Stayed in a Villa which was spacious and well furnished. Nice pool and area to sun bathe in a private area. Good swimming pools and adequate gym.

Property cannot be faulted.

Our favourite resort in Koh Samui. location is perfect, right on the beach, a short drive to many sights, nature reserves, restaurants etc, and a quick walk to the Bophut fisherman village, great street market as well as lots of restaurants. The resort has big lush gardens, all the facilities we needed, including a lovely spa, a gym, kids' club and games, water sports on the beach, and 4 swimming pools, 2 pool and beach snack bars and an open air restaurants with an extensive menu. the staff are all friendly, responsive to our needs and welcoming. they helped us organise day trips and activities. the villas are exceptional, with a big room and comfy bed, walk in shower, as well as an outdoor shower and bath, and a plunge pool, sunbeds on a deck and mini lush private garden. The quality of the resort and villas is luxurious, and the atmosphere is relaxed, with a Thai vibe. Absolutely recommend!

Great staff, good selection of pools which were lovely.

Lots of people put their towels on pool loungers from early in the morning and didn’t actually sit on them until later. It meant it was difficult to get a lounger around the pool, tricky when your young children are playing in the pool. Would have liked more vegan options at breakfast and on the beach bar menu.

Nice gardens, very friendly staff, food was generally good. Nice view from restaurant. Adult only pool option was nice.

Tv has no options to select free, or pay for view programs. Which to be fair seems normal here.

We loved the private villa with plunge pool, spent a lot of time there, your staff were so friendly attentive and helpful, the beach bar was a great area, we relaxed a lot there with a book,cocktails and the calming view, which was also taken in from the restaurant. Breakfast was amazing as was the snack menu. We will definitely be back ❤️
