The room fit-out, the bed, the food in the Angus Bar and Grill, the staff were all great. We were very happy with the location too. We will definitely be back.
I didn't realise that we'd have to climb stairs to the room and we both have some difficulty with stairs. We managed ok, but I'll know better next time we stay and request ground floor.

Really stylish room with all the creature comforts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Beds were so comfortable, the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. The family suite was perfect for our needs and we loved being able to do a load of washing in our suite using complimentary wash detergent. The suite was very well finished and felt cosy yet lux and great for our children with twin beds in their room. Breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic and the restaurant is also stylish yet warm and inviting (the fire going kept us warm and added to the atmosphere). Hands down the best service we have experienced. Checking in was such a pleasant experience and we appreciated the local Barossa knowledge. The location was easy to access shopping, restaurants and wineries (quick drive to everything). Please do yourself a favour and choose this lovely boutique hotel, you won't be disappointed.

The room was comfortable and very clean
We weren’t told when we checked in that the restaurant would be closed it that there was no room service available for dinner which was inconvenient - for the price there should have been a food option available

Not the hotels fault, however other guests were smoking outside on the balcony along front of rooms which came inside as well as drinking and chatting outside which went on late

Sue, on reception was very easy to communicate with, very friendly and helpful. The service especially for the dog was exceptional, felt very welcome and my dog spoilt, loved it 🤗.

Being on the ground floor, the upstairs was noisy as you could hear people walking above.

The kindness shown to my dogs was wonderful. The treats and doggy supplies were wonderful. I felt safe with them there and didn't feel like I had to worry about them upsetting anyone. Very welcoming to all.
