Awesome place, beautiful room, lovely staff. Family loved it and we’d love to be back. The buffet breakfast was great. We received a complimentary wine tasting too.

Food was ok, dinner average. Breakfast buffet just, would have been nice for a decent coffee machine and the coffee made by you. Dining room/reception interior really nice.
The pool area was awful, small pool, cold, steam room terrible, the whole atmosphere underwhelming. Needs a real facelift.
Block 2 accommodation really tired - Room 204 - decor looks about 20 years old. Sofa, carpet, kitchenette, bathroom very daggy.

Considering the price of the dinner menu, one meal at dinner time was below par, compared to other similar Melbourne restaurants.

Convenience for wedding accommodation
Check in was from 2pm. We arrived at 2:15pm and reception said our room wasn’t ready and we had to change for a 4pm wedding. Then we were told it was ready and found the cleaners still preparing the room, waiting outside until 3pm. Although late notice, prior to arrival, we did request to purchase a wine and chocolate package for our room which couldn’t be facilitated. Customer service wasn’t as good as I expected for the price.

The AC wasn’t working properly in the room.

The entire experience was first class. Staff went above and beyond when I left car lights on and somehow they tracked me to the restaurant. Beautiful unit, fabulous surroundings and excellent meals. Could not be faulted.

The place was beautiful n clean. Staff was really friendly n approachable.
We had dinner n breakfast there. Wasn’t good. The breakfast was cold and the steak was hard. A bit disappointing for a $300 dinner.

The bedroom, bathroom and living room were really spacious. We were also able to park really close to the room which was really helpful. The restaurant and spa was walking distance away. We had an amazing dinner at the restaurant - definitely recommend booking a table there. Breakfast was also amazing. Will definitely come back one day!
Nothing in particular. Would've been nice to be able to book a massage at the spa but we booked our stay last minute so understandable that they were booked out.

Service and staff were excellent. My bathroom in my room is a little tired and the shower area I think either needs to be cleaned or rerouted. I found the rooms to be be quite noisy, especially in the mornings. I think this had something to do with the configurations of the rooms and the close proximity. Dinner was lovely and the wine tasting was excellent. Definitely coming back.

Not what I thought I was paying for, not at clean as it could be, we’re told we couldn’t sit outside at the restaurant because of particular menus, and definitely not as classy as I was expecting

Rooms were clean and spacious
Didn’t realise the spa was also the shower. Difficult to get in and out. Also had constant problems with our door pass/key which was quite frustrating

Excellent dinner in the restaurant, very good service and food was delicious.
My fault but I picked a ground floor unit, I should have gone with a balcony suite. The ground floor unit had an outdoor area but no view and was more difficult wheeling our bags round the path rather than going up a couple of stairs.

Warm and friendly reception. Beautiful location full of greenery and flowers. King Garden Terrace is perfect for a relaxing time. Modern style yet cosy and comfortable. So spacious in the living area. Love the huge sofa and the large screen for our Netflix viewing. Bathroom is well designed with rain shower. Most comfortable bed, especially the pillow that hugs my head.
We enjoyed the breakfast, very good breakfast buffet style.

Beautiful location, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was well equiped, clean, comfortable bed, lovely view from balcony
The reception is a little ways away from the rooms, we brought our luggage into reception then had to put it back in the car and drive to the room in another parking area. They should make a note to tell people the rooms are not in the same building as the rooms

Restaurant dinner was good and very good staff services.
Was disappointed as i thought i booked a suite with 2 bedrooms but it is actually 2 units combined (next door).
Should have tried the newer units.
Jacuzzi bath tub have stains in it, we didnt even use it.

Way to expensive for what was provided while we did have dinner there the additional $25 public holiday surcharge was ridiculous as the prices where already very steep.

Well appointed rooms which were a good size. Staff were very helpful and friendly, Close proximity to wineries and activities such as ballooning and Endota day spa located on site. Breakfast was exceptional!
Bed was a little too firm for our liking. Otherwise all was good.

The driveway entrance is not well lit, also quite narrow, difficult to navigate at night.
