I am not one to write unpleasant reviews but unfortunately the service I experienced was a little disappointing. In the lead up to the booking the accommodation that I was needing was for the night prior to my wedding day. The owner was very rude and threatening to cancel our accommodation simply after I asked if another friend was able to stay the second night. I understand that there are rules and policies that are required for accommodation, but there is no need to threaten to cancel, but rather come to a resolution. I just found the tone used when dealing with the owner was not very pleasant. I was a paying customer and did not appreciate the tone of service I experienced. All I ask if they can be friendlier when dealing with customers cause customer service is a big reason why customers come back, its not just about the pretty accommodation. Thank you
