The room was great. Nice and big. Fantastic views. Tram stop right outside.

Only complaint we have is they can’t cook bacon

Excellent view, value for money and great location. Most things (if not everything) was within a 20 minute walk. Would stay again. Pools were great and buffet breakfast was nice (standard price, about $22-$25)

Washing machine was filling up with water after just one use, was too scared to use again. Did eventfully get the water out.

Wish the main outdoor pool with slides was heated. Even when we have stayed in summer, this pool is absolutely freezing.

A pleasant view of the river and buildings from the window. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of food to select from.

The car park was a bit iffy, if you can find a car park that isn't reserved, and you only have one car per room.

Love the location and rooms. Swimming pool is the best

Breakfast needs to be improved with more staff and variety like it used to have. We have been a number of times but some food was inedible and empty with tables full of dishes can not be pleasant for staff to manage all alone. We were planning on having breakfast every day but we ended up going out. This is an amazing space that so many things could be done with it.
