Facilities at the hotel are fabulous for families with kids. Great pools (indoor and outdoor), games room, nice thai restaurant on site, free parking in an excellent location. Apartment was clean, a little dated, but that didn't worry us. Had great views of the ocean. We wouldn't hesitate in booking again.

Having a few basic items such as salt and pepper, oil etc would have been handy in the kitchen.

Was a nice walk to the beach about 5 mins if that. Place provided spacious area with comfy beds.

The aricon under performed wasn't that cold but it was in winter so wasn't really needed.

Loved the facilities. Pools, spas, pool shop (cash only) and Thai restaurant, all amazing! So close to the light rail station, cavil ave shops and beach.

slight smell on entering the apartment, tho that may be normal on the Gold Coast due the humidity? Might be something we’re just not used to and my child has ASD so can be sensitive to different smells.

Great location, modern amenities, great view, great pool area. Family-friendly and Thai restaurants located on site that sell delicious food. Close to the beach, tram line and shopping centres. Check in was easy and communication from host was great.

Our access was some how stopped early? Which made the check out process stressful as i was unable to access the lift from 9.30am when check out is 10.00am. Luckily we had already loaded up most of our luggage but trying to get back up to our room to leave the key and grab the last of our things was a nightmare. The resort itself is in need of a lot of upgrading. It is a bit tired.

Facilities in the hotel were lovely, and the pool cafe did an awesome breakfast. The bed was very comfortable with great water pressure in the shower. The addition of pool toys located in the room was an added extra that we would have utilised if we stayed longer

The kitchen in the room needed a facelift, and the room was too warm, unable to work air conditioning control with no pedestal fan for relief it was uncomfortable

The pool area is excellent, particularly for children with real sand, a pirate ship with slide and a small play area. The Thai restaurant on site was excellent quality and the cafe located next to the pool was super convenient for simple meals and pool supplies. The bed sheets and towels were clean.

The property was not clean at all. Large heavy staining to carpet, curtains and couches. My toddler said he found money, it was bottle caps left under the bed. The mattress on the main bed was so soft we couldn’t sleep in it, we slept on the trundle on the floor. The furniture is in desperate need of a refresh, has seen one too many schoolies. There was also obvious mould in the air conditioning vent in the dining room and mould starting to form on ceiling around it.

Love the building/lobby area! The room itself was very clean and had a nice balcony with great views. Had no issues with our stay whatsoever :)

Excellent location and great pool with lots of options for weather and for different ages and swimming abilities. Room was large and view amazing. It is all a little dated but that doesn't hamper the enjoyment! 2 mins to patrolled beach. Short walk to Cavill and loads of good and fun options. The pool kiosk has great food and is pretty well priced

We weren't able to freely access the pool after we checked out and couldn't leave our bags as it is a private rental. cash only at the kiosk is a little annoying but there is an ATM at the hotel.

Property wasn't clean. Floors didn't look like they had been vacuumed, previous occupants used soap bar was in the shower still. Air con vents thick with dust so was unable to be used. Rodent droppings on curtains. Bedding not clean for trundle bed, crusty substanceon blue bedding,, stained and dusty. Had to be washed prior to putting them back on the bedding.

The location is great. Close to the tram station and the centre.

The toiletries is very minimal. It could be better if they supply more shampoo and soap. Also there is no hair dryer in the apartment. As this area is a coastal area, we often go the beach and also swim with the kids, so we need to wash our hair every time after we come back from the beach or after swimming.

I would really like to make another booking asap

Great location, 7 eleven straight across the road . Easy walk into town or to the beach. Great Thai restaurant onsite.
