I only voted neutral for staff and facilities because unfortunately we arrived well after hours and did not meet any staff or get a chance to use the facilities. But the after hours check in process was seamless.
Cabin was spacious and very clean, hats off to the cleaning staff. The only thing I would change is a warmer doona or additional blanket in the main bedroom. Being autumn it was a bit chilly even with the heater in the main living space in use.

I loved the size of the cabin, everything was clean and comfortable, it had everything you would need for a great getaway. Well done guys.

Beds were AMAZING! So comfortable. Cabin was clean and tidy. We all loved it.

Bed mattresses were too soft.

the pool was very nice and open for a very long time :)
they let me sign in early
the staff rushed me off the phone when i was trying to explain something and that bothered me as i have a stutter
under the bed had used tissues, some of the towels were filthy
the bed was horrifically uncomfortable so bad that i ended up sleeping on the couch.

Lovely little unit, VERY clean & comfortable with everything you might need including Air-conditioning & fans to keep you cool. Great Pool & BBQ area. Close to restaurants City Centre & attractions. Was over all very happy with our stay. Would recommend & stay again

The staff was very welcoming.
Everyone had a great holiday, the park have free activities organised for the kids every single day which was amazing and they all loved it.
The cabin, the pool and the bbq was very clean. Very happy with our stay!! We will definitely be back. Thank you.
