Nice pool
the rules were absolutely overkill , you feel like you can’t move without someone trying to charge you for something and the photos are so outdated ! I booked it for the view and got a view of the trees and I asked if I could pay for an upgrade and they were fully booked.
Then the door to our room wouldn’t lock from the inside and we have little kids and when we asked them they said it was fire safety!

large living area was excellent for our needs. very comfortable rooms and beds were amazing. View was good but not totally excellent. clean and easily accessible.
did not like the no door idea for the master bathroom as the concertina doors to the main bedroom were in need of repair and did not close. therefore no privacy for the main bedroom.

Nice spacious & clean apartment with spa bath & other facilities. Basement parking was convenient too.
Advertised as sea view apartment but contrary to all the nice pictures in the listing unit 3 had only a glimpse of the ocean through one corner of the balcony (see attached photo). Guess the upper level rooms may have the views advertised but definitely not the lower level units like 1,2 3 etc. Tried talking to on-site manager but was told we should have called up & checked, should go for a penthouse if we wanted those views etc. Found that a bit weird as the unit was advertised as sea view apartment.

The location , beautiful unit,
The dishonesty of it being airconditioned unit, when the sundown 20 yo unit doesn’t work. Should not be on the market for hire as an air conditioned unit. What a $800 hot box.
Manager said would supply 2 portable units for back rooms. Got one for the baby room second night, nothing for the other room.
Owners an management need to take it off the market until repairs are done or advertised as NO AC

Quiet location right beside the National park so great for hiking and walking to the sand blow.
Nice pool and botanical outlook.
Very large apartments with large balcony’s.
Free undercover parking.
Very comfortable beds.
Bathroom was very outdated and yellowed.
Some down lights and blinds were broken/damaged.
Given the price and that the apartments have full kitchens, oil and condiments should be supplied regardless.
There is a restaurant attached that appears shut down, given the location slightly away from town it would be great for apartment guests to have the option of dining here. It would also add to the atmosphere.

Modern, clean, spacious apartment with nice ocean view from the balcony. The apartments were very clean, had all modern utensils for a comfortable stay. Bedding was very comfy and living room was spacious.
WiFi signal was patchy at best and could do with a better connection.

Restaurant not open during our stay ( off season really ) we liked the layout of the room, the view, the fact that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the town, quiete , room spotless.

Size of the apartment and view
Need some blinds in lounge area as the sun makes it quite warm and glary. Air con didn't seem to help cool it down. Kitchen facilities are a bit dated (we couldn't get the oven to work properly).
