Bliskość do lotniska i czajnik w pokoju, który mnie uratował w tej lodowatej temperaturze gdy wszedłem do pokoju.

Temperatura w pokoju 17 stopni. Jak w lodówce. Chwilę potrwało zanim doszla do jakiejs sensownej 22, generalnie w efekcie przeziębiłem się. Kaucja 50 funtów, z czymś takim się jeszcze nie spotkałem.

Excellent location for Liverpool airport terminal

Very limited bar, eg no white wine by the glass, no latte or flat white coffee, average food - selection and quality.

Location was splendid. Hotel was comfortable and quiet. Some work being done to breakfast area so had a packed breakfast…work almost finished. Good selection of food in bar during day and evening.

I would have liked a proper restaurant for breakfast - not just a bag containing breakfast. THis should be an option (eg for travellers who need to make an early start) rather than the norm

Building works were ongoing at the hotel. We would not have stayed at the hotel if we had known this beforehand. Menu was very basic and very little choice

The staff are not helpfull room not what I booked and tried to blame booking.com, then was told told its not her fault I wasn’t listening, told them the bed not made somebody came to make it and looked like it had been slept in for days, booked with breakfast bag in the room which couldn’t eat. Not going to use booking. Com again on the phone for over 20 minutes to be cut off so they are as bad as the hotel.

Fantastic location just opposite the airport, really friendly staff, we also had lots of complimentaries that we didn't know about. A refreshment bag in the room and also a complimentary hot breakfast bap and a tea or coffee in the morning. The bed was so comfortable.

Ideal location for an overnight stay and getting to airport at 4am. The rooms were clean and comfortable and they provide a little goodie bag of snacks and drinks as a continental breakfast in your room. Which is perfect for an early start.

Not a lot of choice on the menu for dinner but what they did have was delicious and plentiful. Part of the breakfast in your room is a croissant and jam but there is no knife to put it on, so I brought one up to the room from the restaurant. There are two bedside lights that we couldn't work out how to switch off as they didn't go off with the main lighting, the switch is hidden under the panel!

We were not told about work in progress at hotel when arrived there was no water for two hours so had to buy drinks wasn't offered complimentary drinks and me being disabled had to go to airport toilets the kitchen had been previously flooded so couldn't have proper breakfast a continental or sausage sandwich was offered I was not happy and for £96 a night charged was not acceptable I will be complaining not even offered a reduced amount on stay absolutely disgusting

Literally a 1 min walk from the terminal so ideal for a late night arrival or early departure.

Was hoping for a better rate for late show ups (delayed flight & missed connection) but price reasonable overall

Beds were hard, we had an early flight, and the people on our floor kept us wake right up until our flight.

Upon arrival approx 8pm after travelling most of the day and very early flight in the morning to catch was greeted with no greeting Asked details Told I was being charged £50 deposit on top and the card machine swung towards me Explained my phone needs charging for two seconds as it had died on route and I need to transfer cash, just looked at like I had caused an inconvenience and aimlessly told there are charging points somewhere near us..one charging point found in the middle of diners.. Next went back to reception desk where we were ignored for ten minutes while optics were played with No details on dinner given ,we asked ourselves,deposit details not explained we asked ourselves,breakfast not explained we asked ourselves The young lads serving dinner and in bar area were friendly the only staff that were, but wow customer service at an all time low at this hotel,everything appeared to be an effort to them and we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Room was wheelchair accessible which I didn't book and no hot water for shower in the morning considering its an airport Hotel you would think at 4am there would be hot water for a shower will not be recommending this hotel staff weren't over enthusiastic either the only good thing is its location to the airport.

No proper restaurant, could only eat in reception area. Menu very limited. No public toilets in bar/restaurant area, told by staff could only use the toilet in my room.

It's literally in front of the airport and good solution for early morning flights

Unfortunately, the facility is rundown a bit. Rooms need maintenance, and toilet needs a brush for the toilet. No fridge in the room. If you need to drop someone there, you need to pay 10 pounds drop off fee. They do offer parking fee waivers, but you need to be able to find the right parking where you need to drop off the guests. Their explanation is poor. Breakfast is very poor. A bag with few packed items. Don't bother paying for Breakfast. Receptionists service is uncaring. For a 115 pounds room I would expect higher quality.
