Didn’t like disco music at breakfast, would have loved peace and quiet in the morning.

I didn’t sleep as I was there for work and my room was near the lift. I could hear the last of the guests going to bed noisily and the first of the guests in the morning. bathrooms were noisy. pipes made noise when joining rooms flushed toilets etc

Staff were quite rude

Breakfast was lovely and the staff went above and beyond to be friendly. The building is decorated great and the bar is charming (where we had breakfast). Access to the leisure club and pool was a highlight and it's close to town center so we could easily walk into town for what we needed.

The hallways smelled like pool and our shower door was a bit broken and the shower head sprayed water all over the place, but hopefully they're in the process of updating it.

Staff at reception and breakfast where really polite and friendly. Very clean and loads of parking

When standing at bar to get a drink bar men would serve people who came up after me very rude and annoying.

Clean room with large comfortable bed, lovely large bathroom. Good value for money, rate included full Irish breakfast

Nothing. Will never have the misfortune to step foot back in this place. Should drop the “Lady” from name

Large function on. Completely took over other guests needs. Noise started from 7pm to 7.30am the next morning. Fights in corridors and bedrooms. Broken glass and bottles everywhere. Sole night staff person could not control the bunch of drunk scum running amok the hotel. Police should have been called. People lying in a drunken heap at 7.30 am next morning in hotel foyer. Planned exit out of car park due to so much broken glass and bottles everywhere. No night safe in room. TV didn’t work. Would have been good to try and drown out some of the noise. Lockers in changing rooms didn’t work. Avoid this place. Absolute worst “hotel” I have ever had the misfortune to stay at

I like everything

Lovely hotel and staff were very nice

Shower cubicle was very small there wasn’t much room to turn around, however the water pressure was great. The bath towels were on the small side also.
