we came to Germany to stop in this hotel as a friend recommended it

no air con, no reception, no facilities open as they had just held an event so at 8.30pm the bar the restaurant the cafe were all closed….. then to find we couldn’t stay in the room we booked devastated

careful and kind gift for the children, great shower, very clean room

a bit confusing to book one building and have the reception in another one.

The breakfast is to expensiv 18 euros , so we had our excellent breakfast at a nearby cafe .

No air conditioning, not clean (dead bugs inside), too expensive for the conditions offered. Clear not a 4star hotel condirions.

The hotel is fantastic, great atmosphere and plenty of nice cars to see passing by. The room is clean and has some very nice touches and is comfortable. Nice location and some really nice food places nearby. The breakfast was really good with a plentiful selection of hot and cold foods. The staff were all really helpful

The reception at the Classic hotel is closed and guests check in at the new hotel, when you see the new hotel it kinda leaves you a bit disheartened at booking the Classic hotel, and just to rub it in a bit more you go over to the new hotel for breakfast. If I was to go again I'd have to book the new hotel, possibly with a themed room. Also having to get a parking pass each time to leave was a bit awkward so coming and going wasn't as easy.

ATTENTION !!! We paid for a more expensive room, but we were very but very disappointed, rather a hostel with bad pictures on the wall. We wanted to complain about the room on the spot, the receptionist told us that everything was occupied, which was not true. Has the German hospitality and quality disappeared somewhere? I don't know who gave this hotel 4 stars or how much it cost

Had to change room to get enough light to be able to work and have a decent size desk and fridge.

Original room was dark.

Breakfast was a little pricey, yet very good. The service was exceptional! There were two goody bags waiting in our room for our two dogs upon arrival. The "CAR" theme throughout the hotel was creative- even the soap is in the shape of a car!

The bathroom can be a tad cold after a shower as there are no doors!

If you are crazy about classic and sporty cars, this is the place to hang out! The staff were super helpful and it was a great experience!

Breakfast was very enjoyable - thankyou. Location was perfect for our requirements. Very enjoyable stay ! We would certainly stay again

All-around great hotel with a really good spin. Really good design, artwork and atmosphere. Very good attention to detail, makes you feel welcome.

Not the hotel itself, but the nearby motorworld is slightly underwhelming. It’s more like a bonus to your stay, for a fun 15 minutes of walking around.
