Great Apt was easy to find and close to everything in town. The bed was comfortable, and wifi was strong.

Abwicklung sehr reibungslos. Sehr freundliches Personal. Auch spät über Hotline erreichbar. Gute Küchenausstattung. Gutes Bad/WC. Sehr sauber. Professionell gemanaged, keine Nebenerwerbsvermietung. Garagenstellplätze verfügbar.

Das Bett war zu klein für 2 Leute. Hätte man natürlich vorher lesen können. Aber es war auch noch sehr warm, das verschärfte die Situation. Einmal gab es Feueralarm und wir mussten spontan raus. Fehlalarm. Kommt wohl öfter vor. Die Lage ist einerseits gut direkt am Bahnhof Böblingen. Andererseits ist es direkt am Bahnhof und nicht sehr schön.

Convenient location. Walking distance to trains, busses, food and shopping. Small cozy studio apartments.

It wasn’t clean when I arrived. Was a lot of dust everywhere. My TV wasn’t working almost my entire stay. I reported the issue to the staff members however nothing was done to it. Also when I had questions and wrote the messages to the property admin I never get the answer. There is definitely lack of customer service.

Very good location, right by the train station.

Room was modest. Had to leave balcony door open for ventilation. Area was sometimes too load.

I liked The fact that the Place was next to the train station 🚉 and to the sea 🌊 , literally everything. Besides it was like I expected it!!! The Host was very friendly😊 Only thing I can say I’m definitely coming back there!!!😀

Nothing as such, it was perfect!

That is one of the best places I have stayed! New building, modern approach -- no keys to lose, you need to remember a 4-digit open door code for comfortable everyday living. Cozy kitchen, coffee machine with 5 capsules, amazing balcony, awesome location -- 3 min walk to S-Bahn and 15 min to the Stuttgart center, green neighborhood, very clean and organized. They indeed exceeded my expectations! The apartment is small but functional, clean big shower, AC (but I did not use it actually), full blackout window shatters.

Before arrival communication required some effort from my side (also probably due to my phone number being non-German), but it was really minor thing.

Location is awesome, very close to S Bahn. All amenties are provided in the small room, reasonable price for stays more than a month.

Room is a bit small, there are frequent fire alarms which is not good, customer support in the GND floor can be improved.

kitchen items are prepared, quite near from the station, clean room, Great hotel!

sometimes laundry machines (we wash app) doesn’t work. Accidentally internet stopped.

The ipartment building is very close to the offices area and to the shopping mall(5 min walk). The apartment I booked was extremely spacious, with a living room, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony was huge. I enjoyed the design of the apartment very much, I loved the electric blinds on the windows and the fact that the access to the building, floor and room was code based (same code). Everything is very modern. the fact that they offer free drinks and snacks is another plus

There are not too many things which I didn’t like, but I missed the shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom. Since the cleaning was supposed to be every 2-3 days, I was expecting to have 2 sets of towels, but there was only one set with 3 towels (no face towel). Another minus was the single sheets and just one pillow on a queen bed. I indeed booked for one person, but I was expecting to have the bed setting for 2 since there was a queen bed. Other than these, everything was perfect.

Luckily i got a nice upgrade on my booking, and i found it amazing to stay in a suite.
