Accès difficile et lieu non connu pour les voitures surtout pour les taxi à part le taxi parsien qui coûte cher. Difficulte à avoir à manger (le menu n'est pas varié dans les restaurants proximaux.

The place is located very near central Paris, the metro is a few steps only from the apartment. The La Defense is a massive place which is just nearly 1 km from the apartment. Massive shopping centre and places to eat. The apartment is a good value for money but it requires updating and maintenance repairs. The sofa bed that we put our 2 boys complained that it was uncomfortable, and they felt 'itchy'. I didn't bother reporting this as I don’t really want to destroy the mood of our holiday in Paris... Staff were excellent, one guy allowed us to leave our belongings for free and we managed to have lunch at the La Defense without the hassle of having our luggages with us. Overall it wasn't a bad place. I just hope they do routine maintenance repair... it could have been a great place.

Fantastic location that’s minutes away from all the sites you want to see due to such close proximity to the Metro. Comfy beds, quiet and excellent water pressure. Helpful to have a laundry in the complex.

The blanket was dirty with someone else's hair and a yellow stain.

Location is close to metro station takes you to center of Paris in 15 minutes and also location is in the heart of defense which has a huge shopping mall 7 minutes walk

Needs updating

The location was great, really close to the metro M1, busses and RER I loved being on the Esplanade, and talking long walks. The Eifel Tower is visible between the tall buildings and at night it's magical. The rooms were like in the pictures & the beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some food for our small picky eater. The reception personnel was nice and helpful. The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find at first, it's not well positioned on google maps - it's on the other side of the Starbucks. Try to find Chantier Insurance agency on the map or the Accès piéton park Michelet 2 [Piéton] statue and you'll see the entrance.

Every time when we came back to the room, there was a weird-ish smell that went away after 2-3 minutes with AC or or with the windows opened.

Location

Rooms need to be refreshed. Carpets should be replaced by tiles.

Staff was really nice and always there to help. The room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities you need to stay a couple of days.

Very nice clean rooms. The kitchen itself had a very good size. The living room was great as well. An open counter conneted the rooms. Everything was light, thanks to a lot of windows

Finding the entrance can be a bit tricky, since it is on the lower floor of the location.

Mainly location - Situated in the heart of the business district, close to metro station and main shopping mall.

The lack of regular cleaning of the room

the bathroom was smelly. we stayed for 4 nights and they charge extra for room cleaning under 7 days.

The accessibility to the hotel was perfect. Close to the metro station M1. Reception ready to help. Breakfast was good but we preferred our own style, not cheap though.

Construction works outside on Friday morning disabled sleep but once weekend began it was perfectly silent. It's true the hotel needs refreshment but it wasn't tragedy like some said.

The size of the apartment was great with lots of cupboard space. The apartment was however rather worn out, although it was clean and tidy.

Poor customer service in reception. Upon arrival for check-in, I was waiting for more than 25 minutes while the guest before me was messing around for over 20 minutes due to a missing reservation I believe. The conversation went on and on with no apologies. Instead of using the time efficiently to complete my check-in while the other guest was searching on his phone, I was left to wait and wait. Once he was sorted and checked in - the receptionist excused herself and left the reception and was gone for an additional 5 minutes! So my check-in - in total took 30 minutes.
