My room wasn't clear until I left and I was told cannot be cleaned until a week stay.

Location was somewhat convenient. The site is some distance away from the street so it was quiet and has a nice secluded feel. The staff were friendly and accommodating; very good customer service.

The bathroom. The tubs are very high which makes it difficult to get in and out. There are few handicap friendly rooms and those showers in those rooms leave much to be desired.

Staff were helpful and friendly, especially Nathan and Khadijah, who were very attentive and responsive. Our suite was clean, spacious enough, and had everything we needed. Large bathroom and bedroom. Private parking was available on site for a small fee.

- It's not allowed to set temperature in the room - Only French TV channels are available in the rooms, also very basic TV set without smart functions (youtube, chromecast, amazon/netflix, etc) - It's really hard and tricky to figure out how to use parking for the very first time (the gates on the underground parking floors which belong to the hotel are closed, and there is no intercom around - you need to guess that you have to leave your car on a supermarket floors and go upstairs to the reception to check in and obtain the gates' code there, and only then go and re-park your car properly; there was no information about this available at the gates)

These are excellent apartments very near to the La Defence area, but in the heart of a small community with plenty of shops (inc. Supermarkets and a bakery) a stone's throw away. Access to all of Paris is by Metro line 1 (7-10 min walk away and this line takes you direct to most of the main areas every 3 mins or so). The property was spotless, the staff were always very attentive and friendly and the family area was a nice touch. The apartments are really well equipped (inc. Dishwasher, hub, microwave and coffee pod machine. The only thing missing was a chopping board). The laundry downstairs worked really well (€5) and the whole place was really excellent value for money.

Very strong painting smell throughout my stay which is unexpected. And when checking out I was told that I was late to do the check out which wasn't very correct because I asked about the check-out time to one of your night shift staff who told me that the check out time was at 12!

The pillow was not confortable for me but everyone has their own preferences so I am not going to judge.

The staff was very kind and helpful! They were very attentive and I felt that I could always ask them for help, regardless of the situation. The room was perfect for my needs (comfortable bed, nice bathroom space, desk to work on, iron, etc.) and the free WiFi was excellent. I could even give a class through zoom with no problems at all. I highly recommend it. And I am very thankful for the help I found there.

The apartment I booked was okay. It had everything anyone would need for a short stay.

The reason for my rating was the fact that I had forgotten a bag in the room the day I checkout with some gifts. I contacted the hotel as soon as I arrived home back in Germany, and they told me that they would check with the cleaning staff. I gave them exact description of the contents of the bag. The first couple of emails were in English, then they switched to French. I had no problem but it was very unfriendly as they know I come from Germany. Anyhow, after a very detailed description of the contents (1 brand new bottle of perfume and 2 brand new IQOS ashtrays), they contacted me 4 days later sending me a photo of two ashtrays (they were without the boxes) telling me that is what they had found. Naturally, they did not "find" the bottle of perfume. I had paid over 500 euros (inkl. my booking.com savings at this hotel) intentionally choosing a 4-star facility. I did not expect that they would steal from me. After several emails with different people at the property, I was told that they would talk to the management about my case, and no one has contacted me yet. Logically, if the cleaning lady has found the ashtrays, she would have found the bottle of perfume: She opened the boxes for the ashtrays (they were packed beautifully), threw the boxes away, saw the ashtrays and decided to give them back. The bottle of perfume is gone. I wholeheartedly do not recommend anyone to come here, just to avoid the frustration in case you forget something valuable here. It is not the monetary value of a bottle of perfume - I honestly do not care about it, but the emotional value of a gift is something they can never compensate. I would never step foot back at this property again. This is a classic example of exactly how NOT to run a hotel. P.S. Before someone from the property read this and ask me to "send us an email with your complaints at H9297@ada.." check your email, I already have on 9 January to 13 January 2023!

Very clean, nice and cosy apartment - enough space, everything you need for a weekend stay, nice and friendly staff. I recomend! You have a supermarket, caffe and restaurant very close.

The room was great, breakfast was great, good gym, great design/decor throughout the property. And the staff were so helpful. Special thanks to Charlotte, suggesting an excellent and lively restaurant nearby on my first night. Great experience overall.

Property itself is good to stay and the location was suitable for the purpose of the visit.

The attitude to customers was awful. During the stay we have booked and prepaid 3 apartments, for the group of visitors. Two apartments were checked-in on the date of arrival but the the guests from the third one had delay on the border to leave Ukraine and I have personally asked the receptionist to check-in the third apartment the following day. The next day when the guests have finally arrived the apartments were sold and the reception rejected to find new room at to refund money I have paid for the apartment. The main reason was they had no additional free rooms and I did not change the date of check-in through Booking.com. This happened during my stay in the hotel in October 2022 visiting SIAL 2022 in Paris. Since that time I wrote few letters to the Hotel via booking.com and hotel official website to refund money I have paid for the apartment but receive no reply or any official comments. This is the worst service I have ever met. No excuses and no reply from the Hotel.

Thank you for our home in Paris! It was the best apartment during our trip! It was clean,big bathroom, kitchen(with everything you need), in a good area(near you have Metro,Supermarket), convenient and calm.It was warm,inside you have EVERYTHING to live there with comfort and coziness. Also close to apartment locates Shop center.

There is an unpleasant specific smell in the corridors, but this is nonsense, it can be solved. Most likely because of the holidays the price was high, but the apartment was worth it
