Netter Empfang, Zimmer etwas klein unter dem Dach, aber ganz gemütlich. Etwas kühler Innen Pool, leider war der Whirlpool von einer Dame dauerbesetzt, so das er nicht nutzbar war. Das Essen war gut, jedoch sehr gehobene Preise, hier passte das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Leider sehr schlechter Frühstücksservice, die Servicedame hat mit einfach ignoriert, sodass ich ohne Kaffee dann eher genervt abgereist bin. Etwas verpeiltes Check Out Personal, die mich wohl erst verwechselten, mir erst das Abendessen erlassen wollten, wegen einer Beschwerde die ich gar nicht hatte, dann mir jedoch einen völlig falschen Preis verrechnen wollten. Nach dem unerfreulichen Frühstückserlebnis bin ich dann doch recht genervt abgereist!

The cheaper single person rooms are on the side of the kitchen. The fan of the kitchen is turned on at 5:30, which is an excellent time to go for a walk around the lake anyway :-)

The location was perfect for visiting friends in the area. The rooms were clean, comfortable & modern. All areas of the hotel were spotless. The staff were welcoming & polite, helpful & accommodating. Not all spoke English but everything we asked was understood and there was always someone at reception who could. Our stay was very pleasant & we can’t wait to stay again!

Our only complaint was a lack of additional pillows in the room. We had singles so there was just 1 pillow on the bed. Only a minor thing really. I did actually struggle to think of anything I didn’t like!

You can walk to the lake from this hotel.

Our bathroom was old and the toilet and shower smelled terrible from the old pipes. The staff was overwhelmed and sometimes very rude.

The Location is perfect, the breakfast fast, restaurant and the service were very good.

This place is great for families but I can imagine it is very lovely for couples too. There are lots of English speaking staff who were beyond helpful. My car battery was dead. The staff came out and charged it up! One particular server was so kind and entertaining. The location is in a lovely village near to the lake. We spent a day at Center park and we're gratefull to return to such a relaxing place and the end of the day. The hotel indoor pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Everything in this hotel is clean. The buffet breakfast has lots of healthy options.

It is very comfortable and nicely decorated capturing the local scenes. Good facilities and great service. Breakfast options are very good.

Having to pay extra for room add ins such as coffee making facilities and no complimentary water on day two .

Exceptional service provided by all. Very consistent, very friendly and attentive. Very quiet rooms. Good choices at breakfast. Solid three star property that aspires to be more.

Outside of property to the rear and sides is not nice due to random add ons, parking on gravel. Lacks a consistent concept and investment. Village and surrounding area are in economic distress and have been for decades. No lake views. Access to lake is not as easy as described. Area near Birkenfeld is more scenic and nicer.

Very nice decoration everywhere, very friendly service, very high quality of food for dinner and breakfast, and very pleasing spa area.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, friendly and client oriented staff. We forgot a pillow and the pillow case was sent to us free of charge. Great service overall.

Very convenient to the lake and parks

Room was a little stuffy and got warm quickly in the summer.

I enjoyed to see people wearing traditional costumes, which made the hotels more original, I liked very much that everything was cleaned, first time when I heard they accept dogs in the hotels room I was concerned about cleanest however my stay proved the contrary. I enjoyed the park behind the hotel and fresh air.

The organisation how to place people at the breakfast was not so good, furthermore the breakfast choiceness is limited just basic things and for 4 days every morning it was exactly the same food, not diversity of choices which made me to really skip my breakfast.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and informative. Amenities were easily accessible and very well maintained -- especially the pool and sauna. Although the weather was subpar, the freely available umbrellas made walks comfortable. We had a unexpected adventure of archery, which was a lot of fun and has become a new hobby of mine.

I would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room for drinks and stuff.

Some members of staff seemed a bit grumpy at the beginning of our stay. The decoration of the rooms could be more stylish.

The room was nice (lovely design, comfortable bed, clean), the view from the balcony, the big garden and the (heated) swimming pool. The staff.was friendly, but I always find it difficult when they don't speak English. Also the fact that they are nature friendly. And the breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the juices, natural instead from a machine. Also many options, things you can do at the hotel.

The bathroom is very small (but clean). The doors are old (not really an issue). At the swimming pool you see some rust in some places. In the area you have some things to do, but not that many.

I loved the food, and customer service. I really liked how cozy the room was. I loved the pool so pretty.

I didn’t like how impossible it was to get a taxi home. One of the workers had to drive me to the train station.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and dinner, beautiful rooms: you cannot ask for more!
