- perfect location near city center and many attractions - the metro station is next to the hotel but everything important was walking distance from it - there was a lot of cool restaurants and breakfast places nearby - the room was clean and had everything we needed - hotel has 24/7 reception and baggage storage

The location is perfect in the center of the city and very close to the train station. The was very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I'm a bed hog, so we had to ask for extra covers. We needed extra towels too, but these were obtained easily.

room was not warm enough. Difficult to open the window because it was Next to bed. not nice to stay in the Room in which everything is plastic.

The room was very small but it was okay if you just wanted to sleep and then explore the city the whole day There was always someone at the reception desk Bed comfortable

We stayed there for four nights and the room was never cleaned neither did we got new towels We could hear everything that was going on outside the room

Checkout time should be 12 hours instead of 10 hour especially in winter. The TV was not connected with the English channel..

A really good option for one night stay near Nyugati train station. First of all I should mention the friendly staff- a man at the reception gave me some recommendations where to have dinner and a nearest 24 hour supermarket, he was really polite and helpful. The room was clean, the wifi was okay and the bed was quite comfortable. The location is also close to the railway station, the public transport and the city center.

The room was rather small (maybe too small for two people) but it was okay for a one night stay.

The staff was really kind and helpful! They kept our luggage after the check out for the day, gave us an extra blanket and helped us to print a boarding pass. Good location, close to the tram and/or bus station. Access 24/7.

Although the name of the bedroom we booked was "small double room", there is no confortable way 2 people could stayed in the room at the same time. It is EXTREMELY SMALL. Not just the room but the bathroom: it gets all wet when you shower and you have to dry the floor after if you want to keep using it for other purposes. As a matter of fact, while I was showering I bumped my head with the handwash while I was picking up the soap bar from the floor. It is almost impossible to take a shower in that space. Really disappointing and uncomfortable. It's better not to offer that room or put in black/bold letters a BIG warning about it (my height: 184cm and weight: 75kg. My wife's height; 165cm and 55kg).
