The facility is nice and clean. Great pool area especially for children. Security at the street entrance only allows those individuals registred access into the facility.

The Booking.com price reservations were not honored for our four rooms. The male receptionist informed me the price I was given on Booking was "too low" and then proceeded to charge me an extra approximate $75. He said he had to charge me a higher peso amount to make up the difference. I asked for terms and conditions where that was stated but was given none. My group of 11 was exhausted waiting for rooms so I asked for a supervisor while simultaneously trying to call Booking. I never personally got to speak with the supervisor whom the male receptionist called but they failed to honor the Booking.com price. They ended up charging us an extra approximate $22 dollars which I grudgingly paid as 4 members of the group had become physically ill and needed rest. Though the facility was nice, we will never stay there again because of the facility's lack of integrity to honor a contract.

Spacious, comfortable room. Bed, pillows, shower, all very good. Excellent pool! The restaurant was good for breakfast, you can buffet or order from the menu. Staff are very attentive.

Fair servers really not very knowledgeable about what they are doing,,,tables are not properly set,,,missing condiments a lot of the times I had to search for salt and pepper,,, no toaster no real butter etc.

I have stayed here several times and mentioned the same old things.TV program is terrible, light stands had broken switches and not plugged in the bed and pillows are very uncomfortable because of the hardness, cleanliness is very good..

Mattresses are not comfortable and the water pressure is terrible. Do not count on the internet it is a zero here.

It was right by everything and made it so easy to walk everywhere! it was very well kept always super clean and had amazing stuff!

The only thing at all that I could complain about was the bed. It was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on but my fiancé loves a hard bed and he thought it was perfect.

The pool was great size, the slide is also a good addition for kids

it is close to the beach but it’s still quite a walk to it, the food at the restaurant was okay, except the gamma burger was really good. In addition the Wi-Fi that are meant for your rooms don’t work so you need to connect to the room next to you or above you

The staff were really helpful. We thought we might issue with the communication as we hardly speak Spanish but this was managed very well.

Pool could have been cleaner Pool bar not open Buffet food looked unappetising, so I didn't eat there. The hotel room had no hair dryer, the tv remote didn't work, and WiFi wasn't good, no iron and board, plus they charged for the coffee!!! They did then provide me with a hair dryer and tv remote when I complained
