Good price, convenient location, nice room

The hotel in general was really nice. The price was excellent and the room spacious and clean.

My husband found the bed a little uncomfortable, but I think it was okay.

Items at breakfast are generally ok, but sometimes they finish early big room wifi mostly ok

Notice that there is a big difference between Bel Air Business and the other Bel Air (Boutique I think). This one (Business) is quite old and not very well-maintained. Breakfast in the morning is super crowded. The gym is small and crowded too. Not a good value for money (at least for the price I paid). Not renovated Breakfast crowded Small gym

Decent breakfast. Great location and friendly staff.

Run down rooms and bathroom facilities. water quality was average. Pillows were uncomfortable.

The breakfast could be better, but there is a special person with the cleaning crew named Daniel, he completely went out of his way to help me with a problem I had, and he was very kind and professional.

The breakfast could be a little better, but all in all it's ok, the service is what stands out in this hotel.

The room I was given on the third floor was extremely hot during the day since it gets sunlight directly from the only window in the room, an AC is highly recommended

the front desk atention was really bad, they messed up checkin took a long time, due to the mix up they had we had to switch rooms the next day amd they where not nice
