It’s a fantastic looking hotel and the decor is fabulous each floor has different theme. The pool area amazing as is the new indoor spa

Great location, well kept common areas and friendly staff
Room was old and noisy (staff chatting early morning under the window and late night guests leaving the property). Quality of breakfast very poor in both choice as well as quality of ingredients, really disappointing. ai asked for my invoice ti be emailed to me at check out and the staff refuses saying they don’t do this….which is surprising in this kind of place. Overall it feels like it carries on it’s old grandeur but lacks the quality required for a real 5stars hotel.

The spa was amazing, really beautiful historical building, with nice garden and service. The location was also really nice.
Maybe the cleaning service was sometimes too quickly entering the room, without waiting to open the door.

its very outdated the furniture is old and it smell old the rooms are old even the tv i haven’t seen one like it in quite sometime . i hope the upgrade the place for the price they ask

Amazing hotel, the SPA is new and is the best I have ever seen. Rooms are very good with amazing view on the lake

The room was excellent, the view was superb. The staff aims to please. The spa was one of the best I have ever been in. My technician was ranked in the top 3 ever, absolutely wonderful.
The elevator is a little strange.

Delicious breakfast with something for everyone. Concierge was very helpful and humorous. Enjoyed time in the bar area. Both late afternoon cappachino and drinks later. Loved having live music each night.
The vegan sandwich was delicious but overpriced at 28 E.

Location superb. Reception very helpful when we arrived early. Although room was not available for 15.00 as stated. Lacking staff?
Dinner in restaurant was poor and not good value. Eat elsewhere the next night and 100% better. Lack of power points in the junior suite that were easily accessible. Had to scramble around on floor to find a socket to charge phone.

Pool and spa were extraordinary.
Very poor soundproofing, room decor is a bit dated, furniture is worn-out. Concierge recommended a tourist-trap restaurant (very highly priced, poor food) without mentioning that the boat ride to the place was a (considerable) additional cost.

We loved everything about this property. The room was exceptional with a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. The breakfast was outstanding with so many different choices and we loved having access to the spa/pool which was heated indoor/outdoor with many amenities. The staff especially the concierge were extremely helpful and friendly.
The only thing we could think of is the bed was a bit firm for our liking but still comfortable.
