Great view and fairly convenient location.

Room looked nothing like what we booked even though we paid for an upgrade quite disappointing. Hotel is quite dated and needs some safety upgrades. I.e- elevator door does not have a block stop mechanism!

WiFi Internet access is dead, 4G is not working if your room is on the lover floor. Mold smell in the bathroom, broken shower head holder, doors not close properly. Broken coffee and juice machines (queues during breakfast). Terrasse is not cleaned for days. Pool rules requires to shower before entering, but only one shower works. Disinfection leg baths next to pool entry are empty. Scrambled eggs for breakfast are disgusting, someone who hate food probably prepare these. There is strange "motion detection" device which turns on light in the lobby, it is sensitive enough to switch light if you move in your bed (we should tape this thing in order to sleep well ;)). Room haven't seen any refurbishment probably for tens of years.

We had a great stay but it would be even better with better wifi, a mini fridge, more rubbish bins and some more bedside tables!

Breakfast, every day the same. Retro rooms.

1. The view. Amazing, breathtaking view of a lake and mountains. 2. Staff was amiable. 3. Pools and pool area were quite good. 4. Breakfast was quite good, with enough choice, everything was fresh and clean, nice staff and an amazing view. 5. Free parking in front of the hotel

1. Room. The photos you see on Booking and what you see in the room - 2 different things :D The rooms (yes, we had two) were clean but really old. The fan in the toilet turns on together with the lights in the bathroom and it sounds like a helicopter. Soundproofing is something that was not a benefit of our room, we could hear everything that happened in the hotel :D No fridge, please keep in mind. 2. Internet. Total fail, no connection. If connected - no speed.

The location for exploration of the Northern Lago di Garda in Limone is very good. The hotel guests are rewarded by magnificient view of the lake. In addition, there is a good breakfast, nice personnel, well furnished rooms, except some obsolete exterior parts of the hotel. In general, I can recommend this hotel to travellers.

The personnel at the reception during check-in did not offer us Garda Promotion and Discount Card listing many local tourists attractions and trip possibilities. Also, we were suprised by lack of interests to proactively provide to hotel guests recommendation/tips to top local attractions. In general, this is an excelent time/place to cross-sell local attractions/services. But this experience is common in many hotels. As for the Promotion card, we learnt about it at the ship port in Limone sul G. on our way to Malcesine as everyone around us from different hotels had it. We learnt that it should be offered by all hotels in Limone to each of their guests. Well, we tried to verify if it was true, we asked for it and received it at the check out with no appology which was pity. We would definitely use it. Also in our Deluxe room, the light sensor close to bathroom was so sensitive that it lit up on every my move on my bed which was bothering. Never experienced this, I could not figure out how to turn it off and there was no time to solve it.

Hotel with amazing location on the hill with a lake view. Rooms were well designed with spacious terrace. The staff were very generous, fullfilled our requirements and also gave us an upgrade to better rooms. We loved the two swimmimg pools.

The hotel itself was not clean. The room was ok but not a I expected for the value I paid. Must clean the curtains in the room or replace them. The air conditioner made noise all night and its opening in the ceiling was open and exposed, it's not pleasant to sleep like that.

We had the worst night’s sleep ever here. There was some sort of intermittent buzzing coming from the walls or ceiling and none of us could fall asleep even with white noise on our phones turned all the way up. We tried moving rooms in the middle of the night but the night guard didn’t speak English and we speak Italian so he couldn’t understand us. We were all wide awake until 4am. Horst, the guy working the front desk, was nice enough to call the manager for us but she really didn’t care and would not refund us our money. She ended up giving us half our money back but wouldn’t even talk to us, only spoke through the guy working the front desk. He was really nice and sympathetic so this review is not a bad reflection of him at all. The place has beautiful views but I’d trade those views all day long for a good nights’ sleep. I absolutely would not recommend this place. If you have a problem, the management will make you fight to get it resolved, not be there as an advocate for you.

The staff were incredibly helpful, caring and polite. The setting was breath taking with stunning views in every direction. Breakfast was expansive & delicious. All in all I could not recommend it more highly.

The hotel was set high up overlooking Lake Garda and what a breathtaking view. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and the food, especially the breakfast, was great. Helpful and cheery staff rounded out the wonderful experience.

One very small minus was the tiny T.V.

I couldn’t imagine a better location to stay near Lake Garda. The view from our room was magnificent. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, we became friends with Horst who gave us many advices about local attractions and was a great host for us at the hotel. He created so nice atmosphere that we will definitely be back. Breakfast was very rich and tasty, parking was comfortable, room itself was clean and cosy.

This place is amazing! The view we had from our rooms located on the first floor was breathtaking. The staff was uncommonly friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Parking is one of the best view points in this area. We felt like home from the very beginning as we were welcomed with big smiles. Marek, who is from Poland did a great job to make us feel very comfortable. Big thanks to all of you! We'll be recommending your hotel to all our friends, who want to visit Lago di Garda.

The hotel is perfectly situated and the host is fantastic. He was multi lingual and able to help us with parking and also booking a taxi to the town centre for dinner.

Some of the rooms need a little bit of modernisation BUT do not let put you off !!! The host who is called ,"Horst" has so.much enthusiasm it's infectious !!!. Brilliant

The views are very nice, and the pools are expansive with plenty of seating. There was a wide selection of food at breakfast, and the rooms were kept very clean.

The photos on the booking.com site did not match the rooms at all. The rooms were old and showed their age, the furnishings were not new as shown in the photographs. We were placed on an auxiliary wing (rooms 3 and 4), we did not get to see other rooms.
