Apartament w doskonalej lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko do Rynku, blisko do dworca głównego PKP, blisko przystanków tramwajowych. W bardzo niedalekim położeniu doskonale zaopatrzone targowisko Stary Kleparz. Personel bardzo pomocny. Apartament przestrzenny, dwie sypialnie z małymi balkonikami. Przestrzenny salon z aneksem kuchennym, wyposażonym we wszystko co potrzebne w trakcie pobytu. Winda w obiekcie. Bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy.

Locația foarte bună. Aproape de piață centrală și de majoritatea obiectivelor. Apartamentul este foarte mare. Living confortabil, baie curată.

Paturile nu sunt cele din poză, cele din apartament erau foarte joase, vechi și incomode. Probleme cu căldura, deși senzorul poziționat lângă ușă arăta ca sunt 22 de grade, pe partea patului de lângă geam erau maxim 16-17 grade. În 3 zile am reușit să răcesc. Am pus și baterii noi în senzori, dar oricât ridicam temperatura, erau programați să rămână pe 22 de grade. Ar mai fi ceva, descrierea parcării nu e prea clară, am mai avut de plată separat pe 4 zile încă 66 euro.

The area - it is close to the main square, roughly 5 minute walk. It was clean and safe and cheap.

Slightly confusing to find as landed late and the key code to get in was also confusing, but if you press the lock sign first then the code provided, it works. However, it is in polish so the error codes didn't mean much sense to us so we ended up asking a local to help.

The apartment was clean and quiet and light and airy with lots of room to lounge. It also felt as though we lived in Poland alongside proper residents.

There were no proper wine glasses!

New apartments building inserted between other old buildings. Nice and clean inside. Had everything we needed. No keys entry - use street gate code + building code + apartment door code.

The property marked as having parking, and selected by this reason, but "unfortunately" at the days of our stay it was not available - stopping on the street 15 min to unload our luggage gives us parking fine.

The apartment was so nicely decorated and really comfy both the bedroom and sofa bed. I also loved the balcony was really cute. Such a good location too.

We liked all of it, really impressed would of been helpful if there was somewhere to store our luggage outside of check in check out

The location was good, only a few steps away from planty, the apartment was recent and decently finished, it had all the needed appliances and kitchenware, it was warm, well insulated in terms of sound. Smooth easy check-in and checkout with codes. I would totally recommend even for a longer stay in Krakow

The sofa bed wasn't comfortable, although it had good pillows and bedclothes.

Despite was frobidden to smoke, when we arrived in the flat there was a terrible smoking smell. We rent the flat for 9 days and i the house there is not any steff for cleaning the floor. The flat offered that once per week someone come to clean, it is ok, but to heave somethnig to clean day by day it has to be a must. In 2 rooms the heating system didn't work. We notified it to the owner on 23rd december when we arrived, but someone came in on 29th december and entered in the flat without our previous authorization! it is unaceptable the when I rent a flat soene cames in without my authorization
