great location in the center of San Candido. Large and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, snack, dinner. Free parking next to the hotel. It is a 5-minute drive to the ski resort, but there is also a bus in front of the hotel. Excellent SPA. Everything was great.

We loved how helpful and upbeat Sofia was! She went above and beyond to get us checked in and feeling at home ☺️Also loved how spacious the rooms were and the great breakfast!

We didn’t care for the pillows as much as they seemed a bit too squishy and not very supportive. That is a personal preference though. Would have loved more opportunity to use the sauna.

Everything about the hotel was amazing The views as u walk out the front door are stunning Very clean , beautiful spa , amazing breakfast, amazing service , staff are amazing .... Sofia at the front desk is a true star she is so professional and so friendly

the staff were very helpful and accommodating. after the first night the manager asked how we slept. I told him it was hot with the duvet (unseasonally warm) he asked if we wanted them to change to sheet and blanket. No bother for them, very grateful. Breakfast was delicious and their gluten free breakfast which they provided for me was fantastic. The position of their bar has great views of surrounding mountains

the room is a bit hot, not every window can be opened, and no AC. The rooms have a bit smell due to the old wood in the hotel which is kind of feature of the hotel.

Great Breakfast!!! However resaurant closed. Parking was arranged and free.

We had considerable trouble with our room keys and were not compensated in any way for discomfort. Room was dark red and carpeted making it feel a bit creepy. But clean. So just a personal preference for wood flooring which is primarily shown on internet pictures.

Right on main square but yet very quiet, evening happy hour and gift on leaving very nice touch, breakfast was great and staff extremely helpful
