I recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Inn Dubai International Airport and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. From the cozy and well-appointed rooms to the excellent dining options, every aspect of the hotel was thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have a fantastic stay. I especially want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the reception team, particularly Mr. Inno,Mr.kamal, Ms. Winnie and Hnin, for their exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, always ready to assist with a smile and ensure that all my needs were met. Their dedication and attention to detail made all the difference, and I am grateful for their outstanding service. J'ai utilisé la navette de l'hôtel qui est très pratique pour aller à l'aéroport en 15 minutes.( gratuit) Le petit déjeuner est très bien et complet. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bien.

Le fait qu'on a eu des chambres communicantes, mais dans l'une d'elle un lit bloque la porte entre les deux, donc inutilisable, dommage.

Wir hatten 9,5 h von 00:00 Uhr bis 8:30 Uhr zu unserem Weiterflug in Dubai zu überbrücken. Das Hotel war dafür perfekt: Einchecken um 00:30 Uhr kein Problem, Busshuttle zu Terminal 1 u. 3 im 30 Minuten-Takt (24/7), Bus benötigt zum Hotel ca. 10 Minuten, Zimmer perfekt mit 2 Flaschen Wasser, Kaffee, Tee kostenlos, sehr nettes Personal … was will man mehr?

The staff were rude and disrespectful.

Perfect location to spend a day in Dubai between flights, but I can absolutely imagine a longer stay. Free airport transport 24/7, only 10 mins from Terminal 3. Really clean and quiet hotel, good bar and restaurant. Good breakfast, well balanced between local and continental foods.

Everything was perfect.

The property was clean and spacious, we only stayed for a few hours, but had a great time.

Handy to get to after a late flight. We used the shuttle bus and check in was easy. Great buffet breakfast.

Very comfortable beds. We couldn't find the shuttle so had to leave ake a taxi.

We had to pay for a taxi bc the free shuttle was parked behind a huge bus at the back of the pick up area and we didn’t see it until it drove past us despite us waving it down. The rest of the shuttle area was empty so we found it strange that the driver decided to park behind the only other vehicle there. It was easily missed by two tired people off an 8 hour overnight flight.

Shuttle bus was every 30 mins to and from airport. Very efficient driver. The 1st staff member at the hotel was not as helpful as the 2nd staff member we encountered when we arrived very early. We knew we had to pay for an extra day but was told would not be able to until 10am but as it turned out I enquired at 9am again and we were able to get a room. Room was very comfortable, ever so quiet as well. My advice would be to book the night before if you are arriving early, the only reason we didnt was I read that if we had not booked in by 4am for the room it would not be available, but this apparently is not true. Buffet breakfast was fabulous from the restaurant. Truly a great hotel and definitely we will stay again on the return trip.
