The river set up is just incredible. The restaurant could perfectly be in the way of a Michelin Star.
As you might have read, it’s around 5K away from the Camino. Totally worth the extra steps. The staff will pick you up from wherever you like!

Great host, very expensive, dark rooms, musty smell, unique building.

This remote pensión is situated in the middle of a forest with big lush trees around. Its an old mill building and the owner and staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. They had an amazing 3 course meal at the pension, and they do free transfers to and from a point on the Camino.

not a lot
the location was remote, the cost of the evening meal was excessive to point we walked to a local bar for choices at reasonable prices. the breakfast was not memorable.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met! From the moment we met them to the moment we left, nothing was too much trouble!
The little touches with the toiletries and change of towels was great - and the two dogs who greeted us each day was very sweet, especially when they sat with us when we sat outside!
The woodland walk behind the water mill was delightful! We ended up walking further than we anticipated - see photos!
We hadn’t expected not to be able to make a cup of tea in our apartment - but that just isn’t the Spanish way, and this holiday was a very traditionally a Spanish one, just what we wanted.

Remote and pretty with an old school look and feel. Great kitchen and food (although at cost)
The walls were paper thin, bed very uncomfortable, the bathroom facilities were outdated and old.

The atmosphere in and arround the muiño was nice. Was like being in an old museum. The walk to the river was realy nice and the staff very helpful
I booked the hotel thinking it was closer to O Pedrouso and it is like 5 km away. However they picked us up and brought us the next morning back on the camino frances.

Nice to be by the river, and hotel is an old mill house so lots of great history. Pick up from A Rúa helpful.
a bit dark, and lunch/dinner menu a bit expensive but it is very good, would’ve been nice to have some less expensive options.

Amazing place with garden, creek, rural place. We bring our dogs and was very good let them free to walk and play. We took dinner and breakfast at the hotel and also use their shuttle services from and to the Santiago's Way from were we start and stop our way.
The distance from the way is not that good. I can't walk by yourself because that is around 4Km and after all day walking you really can't walk any extra mile. The dinner and the breakfast is a bit overpriced for what was served but taste was really good.

Fun place to stay-- in an old mill. Very friendly people. Very nice dinner. We took a walk along the little river, which was just lovely. They picked us up and dropped us off along the Camino.
