The hotel is located just next to the beach, which is very convenient, however this is the only good thing. The hotel is total disappointment and also the town Malia is really noisy and full of cheap tourist attractions and nightc clubs, not worth to visit unless you are a teenager willing to spend you holidays on party.

The room was a disaster and total disappointment. The property is listed on the booking.com, as a 4 star standard. We have booked the 40 square meter ground level apartment. In reality we got the apartment half a size of this (5x4m) located at the basement level ( 1 meter underground). But the worst is the standard. The room needs a total renovation. It is really old and aged. The bathroom was full of very old stain. Many parts like taps, doors and bins were broken. Please see the pictures attached. The standard totally didn't reflect the price of 230 EUR per night (without breakfast). When we had complaint about the room, telling that it is half of the size the one we had booked and the standard is not the 4 stars, the man was very rude and told us we are free to find another hotel if we don't like it. We would probably did it, unless it was about 6pm and we have just arrived there with a 6 year old daughter. This was a full season and not many options in the town had left. And also the booking was already prepaid with no option to refund. After we spoke to the owner. Fortunately she was at least not rude, however she also did not propose any helpful solution. She promised to come back to us when better rooms will be available but she has never came back. The restaurant has a nice view but the food and cocktails is really poor. We totally dissuade this property. There are hundreds better stays in the area

Es handelt sich hier um ein sehr schönes kleines Resort, an einem traumhaften Strandabschnitt! Die ganze Anlage wirkt relativ neu, unser Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle nett und freundlich, es läuft tagsüber am Pool chillige Musik, das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Man benötigt ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß, um im Trubel (etliche Bars und Restaurants) zu sein. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz vor dem Hotel ist auch vorhanden.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

The food at the beach restaurant is amazing, quality & prices alike + the staff were really accommodating. Not the owners though, any opportunity to squeeze unnecessary cash out of you, they won't spare it, even by forcing it upon you.

Started by requesting an additional day for our stay since our flight was late at night during the check out day. I was offered some room options via booking.com messenger & via private phone message, which I've decided to leave it until the day we arrive. Paid cash at the premisses for an upgraded room that I didn't need on the basis & agreement that it will allow us staying late in the room until our flight departure (10pm) Which is fair to pay for the day we're spending in room. On the day of our departure we were asked to leave the room and that all the conversation we've had while checking in and paying the extra for the upgrade was all a misunderstanding. B**l s**t. Even though, I was asked by the owner about my departure time the night before, all seemed like it never happened the next day. No apologies or compensations were offered, instead the owners made sure to leave the resort as soon as we left the room to avoid any confrontation. It seems that the owners have recently renovated the small resort and looking for any way to make up for the money they spent. ****Update**** I'm being harassed by the owners (husband & wife) through calls & private messages on my private telephone number. I have escalated the matter to Booking.com management. I have proof(s) regarding my request for an additional paid - day - stay, through my conversation on Booking.com platform and my private phone. Never have I ever asked for an upgrade let alone to stay an extra day for free (for my late check out request). I was offered the upgrade since the room was vacant & on the basis that we could stay the whole day on the day we were checking out, since our initial room was booked by other guests on the day of our check out. If the whole issue is just a misunderstanding, why harass me? Why come to my room at 10:30 am asking me to leave the room within 30 minutes? Knowing that the check out time is at 12pm tops?

Suite (roof top) avec vue incroyable, spacieuse ( vue mer à 180°, lever et coucher de soleil…) Logement séparé de la plage par piscines et bar !! Lits de plage en quantité adaptée et très confortables Proximité restaurants, à pied 3’ Personnel extrêmement aimable et « aux petits soins » Établissement de petite taille, calme totalement isolé du brouhaha de la zone touristes de Malia

Problème récurrent eau douche enfin de journée ( jusqu’à coupure totale) Wifi plus performant à la plage que sur la terrasse de la suite

Ein wunderbares kleines Hotel, das von einer sehr netten griechischen Familie geführt wird. Die Zimmer haben eine grosse Terrasse. Direkt am Meer, Frühstück morgens am Meer mit immer sehr nettem Service. Malia mit unzähligen Bars und guten Restaurants ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Struttura fantastica, praticamente sul mare. Piscina circondata da comodissimi lettini prendisole e spazi molto vivibili. Bar/Ristorante a completa disposizione degli ospiti tutto il giorno.

Locatia este chiar pe malul marii cu o plaja minunata cu nisip, apa superba si curata. Cazarea foarte frumoasa, moderna si spatioasa dotata cu tot ce aveam nevoie. Mancarea excelenta si personal foarte amabil si primitor. Cu siguranta revenim cat maicurand posibil.
