Modern property with nice, large comfortable rooms. Large shower was wonderful! Very tastefully decorated with nice finishes. Great pool and grounds.

Not much activity at the on site restaurant so we walked to dinner.

The Hotel is in 10-15 minutes walking distance to the more crowded area of Malia. So anyone who likes to enjoy the silence you should definitely go here. The Rooms are very spacious and have a very modern style:) The staff is super helpful and no wish is an inconvenience. The Restaurant offers Food and Beverages to a fair prize and it tastes good:) We definitely enjoyed our stay:)

Great location, within walking distance to the town and restaurants, didn’t have one bad meal at the hotel, the chef was awesome!

Our particular room didn’t have a private shower so it was a little awkward since I was with a friend so maybe it’s something to highlight a little more on the booking page

Lovely location not to far from Malia centre but not close anuf to hear all the noise. We had a Jacuzzi room which was lovely And cleaners did a great job cleaning every day. The sunset from the property was amazing. Gutted I’m back!! Mamos and his wife and daughter was lovely. They run pyrgos blue at a high standard. Well defo Recommend and will defo go back.

Wonderful view, modern grounds, beachfront and quiet yet near all the Malia activities you'd like

The experience does not match the price. When you’re paying a more premium rate for a room, you do expect a higher standard which unfortunately we did not get. We booked the high spend room with the jacuzzi, expecting this to be ready for our arrival at check in, however, we had to wait 7 hours for it to heat up to a nice temperature which was not cold. From experience, I know that jacuzzis can take 3-8 hours to heat up to the optimum temp, which is why I messaged the hotel in advance to ask if this could be done before we arrived - but they ignored the message and did not respond. When we got to the room, I asked the woman working on the reception how long it would take to get to the temp they had set it at and she said half an hour which wasn’t the case at all. This resulted in us paying a for something we could hardly use so it seemed like such a waste. The room also includes a coffee machine which is great, however they did not provide any pods for it so we couldn’t use this either which was a shame. If we were not paying so much for the room (£120 per night) we wouldn’t have minded as much but with premium prices you expect better quality and attentive staff. When I mentioned about the jacuzzi when checking out to the staff, she just replied saying “it was warm when I touched it” and “it just depends on the weather”. She didn’t apologise or take any responsibility for something which could have been sorted prior to us arriving…
