Great location, loved having the beach and sea right there.

When booking it wasn't clear that this was the family hotel out of the 3 Inturotel hotels next to each other. It wasn't a big issue except at breakfast and the adults only pool was busy so hard to get a lounger at.

Breakfast at times was hectic and often food was lukewarm. Minimal options to cook fresh other than fried eggs.

Hotel was excellent. Rooms were nice. Hotel is right on beach. Buffet style breakfast included which the kids loved. Great entertainment for kids.

The location of property is great. Right next to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable.

One week: 45,000 kr/6,000 € for 2 apartments with a supposed seaview. However, the so-called seaview actually turned out to be a view of a fence and a parking lot, which definitely did not justify the high price. We repeatedly requested alternative apartments or a refund, but our concerns went unaddressed. To our dismay, three days prior to our departure, the hotel offered an even worse solution - another parking lot as a substitute. The hygiene in the cantina is extremely poor. There is a complete absence of hand sanitizer and the staffs’ use of dirty spoons found on the floor is concerning. The overall atmosphere is chaotic and noisy, lacking any quiet areas.

Apartments are newly renovated and cleaning staff are fantastic, the place was cleaned every day and left spotless.

Pool area can get quite crowded and the beach needs a proper scheduled cleaning, I had no problem doing it early morning but it should be managed.

Swimming pools were fine. The food in the hotel restaurant was quite good, but you have to pay separately for the drinks. The rooms were old and smelling of dust and mould. Some of the lights weren’t working, and there were ants. However, the hotel staff was really helpful and they were trying to resolve our issues as much as they could.

Location- close to the beautiful beach, but it was the most dirty beach I've ever been to! There was a lot of rubbish in the water and on the sand. It was disgusting...

Beautiful location directly on one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve seen, food was good, rooms are fresh & modern, there is everything you need for a family.

The only downside is that sometimes the beach was dirty, possibly due to such a big amount of people; and very busy pools.

The location was excellent close to restaurants and shops. The rooms were sparkling clean and the beds are comfortable. The food is varied and very tasty. The personnel was very friendly. The views of the swimming pool and cala are very beautiful. Lot of activities for kids. For adults we specially enjoyed the Cuban band.

We found Cala Esmeralda to be dirty with a lot of plastics which was a pity. We went to other calas instead.

Everything Great. Beautiful location staff friendly and helpful. The beaches were fabulous. Choice of several swimming pools. Easy to walk to town. We had a great holiday.

The snack bar by the pool at lunch time was chaotic.

M101 apartment smells like canalisation, windows could not open because beside is main place for evening shows. Second, in the dinner’s price (25 eur per person) isn’t included any drinks, even still water or juice, and we didn’t informed about that before.

The hotel is amazing, it's not what I expected at all, I was positively surprised. The complex is enormous and has various shops & restaurants around. There are several swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, jacuzzi and access to a nice sandy beach. It was absolutely perfect The room was spacious, modern and very clean. The shower was big and comfortable to use which was a plus. Beds were also very comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here. Make sure to rent a car in order to enjoy the nearby beaches.

Parking was a bit of an issue in the evening. Would personally have liked to have some kind of coffee machine in the apartment, as well as salt, pepper and oil.
