Great options at breakfast, really friendly staff. Welcome drink of choice upon arrival and a great small shop on site open 24 hours. Lovely hotel.

Size of the room was nice and the balcony facing west for the sun set. Staff was very helpful Very close to a few beaches

Our stay at Hotel Monsuau was fantastic. The food was excellent, the staff were warm and attentive, and the pool facilities were top notch. I would recommend that anyone who visits the hotel, goes for a treatment at the spa.

My only small complaint - more of a suggestion - would be that the pool area had no ambiance, with some music playing that would be rectified!

The property was stunning, the food was amazing, they were really considerate in ensuring there were always dietary requirements. the best deserts I have ever had.

the hotel is clean, we only had B&B board, but the breakfast was good, with a good variety of food on offer. staff were nice. pool area nice & clean

we was put in block 4, which we wasn’t told before when booking but is across the street and up the road from the hotel, walking back to your room of a night part of the walkway from the hotel to the block of rooms is very dark. please note if your in this block the rooms are nice but compact. as a couple, normally my partner would pop to the bar whilst I get ready in the evenings but obviously you can’t do this if your not in the hotel. The hotel caters for a lot of German guests as does the area it’s in, our T.V in the room was all in german, we contacted reception to ask them to change it, as the hotel states you can get English tv in your room & we like to have music on in the room & see the news now & again. Reception sent over a maintenance guy to fix, he couldn’t and I was told someone would be with us the next day to fix as we needed a new usb in the tv, but no one arrived and it never got fixed, we did ask again but no joy. we also had no hot water one day, I reported to reception, who already knew and just told me it would be ok by the next day! it’s a lovely hotel but just needs a little more customer service in our opinion

The hotel was a very good stay. NO issues whatsoever, so good that I extended my stay.

one of the best hotels I did so far, there breakfast and diner are just something to write home about, I stayed an extra day just for the food, also the location, pool and other facilities are exactly what you need, you will find rest and peace in this hotel, the rooms are spacious and beds lay comfy

in my room the shower had a problem with the pressure, not to big of a problem but maybe good to know for the next guest

In general it was all very good. The facilities, the breakfast, the bed. I would stay here again.

The location is not great. But since normally you have a car when travelling in Mallorca, it is not a problem

Very modern and clean hotel. Rooms were very well thought out. Liked that the rooms we had were in the building opposite the main hotel.

Very quiet around the pool area normally have background music playing but there was nothing didn't spoil our fun though. Disappointed that the sky bar was closed but that was only due to the dates in which we were there.

The staff and amenities are wonderful. This was our 2nd stay and the staff remembered us, which was really nice. Breakfast is really great and you can get eggs made to your liking plus real coffee. Get brekky included. The pool is lovely and has enough seats etc plus a 2nd pool + spa near the gym for morning laps. Really close to 3-4 super nice beaches to walk (or better still a scooter). Go to Cala Moro - don't queue up, jump off the rocks and swim to shore. ;) It's about 10 min walk to the main hub of restaurants. La Tromp was our fave there but there are many. We will come back again. Always a pleasure.

The rooftop bar could be so much better if they had a decent playlist and served good cocktails... have never been great sorry. We've had pina Coladas that are so weak and margaritas that are salty. This is the only thing that needs more work. It seems a shame to travel all the way from the UK to hear Ed Sheeran and other sugary pop songs on a rooftop in Spain with a barely drinkable cocktail. The cocktails by the pool were so much better.

Everything was perfect, the location of the hotel is perfect if you want to explore the most beautiful beaches, the room was very clean every day and the breakfast excellent! really recommend it

The breakfast was not that good. It would have been nice to have more fresh and healthy stuff.

We loved everything about the hotel. Our first time at an adults only hotel and it was great. Juan was particularly attentive at breakfast and looked after us really well! We'd definitely go back.

There wasn't anything we didn't like really.

Very clean, boutique and modern feel, quality build and excellent facilities.

I think the pool should open earlier. 10am is quite late to open.

the building where they put me was very far from the main hotel building and the back street I need to take in order to get to my room was poorly lit and I didn’t feel secure walking through it early mornings and nights while being on a solo trip, very hard to get to with my luggage too. the cleaning staff started making a lot of noise very early and only doing a surface cleaning everyday breakfast and dinner was ok, had better in other 4 stars hotels in Mallorca.

Quality hotel with well designed facilities and a professional approach by the whole team to their customers and the provision of customer service. Facilities here were good, and included a good size pool, pool-side bar and restaurant, a roof top cocktail bar, relatively seamless check-in, impressive, clean, perfectly apportioned rooms, and enjoyable dining options. The real quality here however, is the staff. The whole team were professional, extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 20 mins walk from Cala D'or centre, but there are plenty of bars and restaurant to sample along the way. Resort taxi's can be a bit hit and miss though, although no fault of the hotel. We would have ventured in to the marina moor often (better quality restaurants offering a more varied fare than those in the town) but it was just too fat to walk back on the humid nights.

Problem with taxi's. Its only a 20 min walk in to the town but getting a taxi to/from can be a bit hit and miss. Not the fault of the hotel, in any way, but there just didn't seem enough taxi's on duty.
