Excellent location and attention from the staff

Had an issue with the toilet which was rapidly fixed!

I was only staying one night and did not have time to do much exploring so I picked this hotel because of its iconic location in center of city. Breakfast was excellent and there was a huge variety. Air con was superb. A great location with the amazing historic Colon Opera Theatre next door and the Obelisk only 100m away

Having a fifth floor room with a view overlooking a 20 lane highway was bound to be a bit noisy, however the traffic noise was a steady drone which became less intrusive with time. The rest of the hotel was very quiet. Even with a high end hotel such as this there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. There was a fridge with bottle water. Despite their Green policy there was no water cooler to refill a water bottle without asking the helpful staff to go into the kitchen.

The location, the balcony, and the view of the obelisk from our room were mesmerizing, day and night. It was so much more than we had expected. Also, the art in the public rooms, breakfast and a simple dinner in the dining room, and cocktails in the lobby/sitting room both enjoyable and delicious. Every request we had -- from advice on taxis and walking tours to booking a tango show and a tour to the Tigre Delta -- was handled with efficiency and knowledge.

Nothing could have made it better.

I question whether the staff didn't tip off a thief as my friend was promptly mugged for his watch within steps of leaving our hotel!

location location location right in the middle of BA with one of the best views of Buenos Aires absolute gem of a hotel with absolute brilliant and kind staff and the value for money is incredible. well worth the extra money for the upgrade to the room with balcony the rooms are massive and breakfast

Rooms are a little bit dark - maybe increase the bulbs power.... not a big problem

The perfect location , next dor to the Tango Theater , to Colon Theater, to Obelisque and other major points of interest in BA

Maybe a sign indicating Reception is needed at the entrance , in front of the escalier and some information that if you have luggage you may use the glass elevator up to Reception .

In general, the room is clear. Long check-out time is perfect

Door of the bathroom was broken. It always moves through inside or outside of bathroom. Tv controller is also broken. I had to plug out the tv to close. If you want to sleep more, do not forget to put warning table in front of your door. Otherwise, people may disturb you around 9 am to clean rooms.
