Suites were big and very comfortable. Homely kitchen and atmosphere. Well equipped amenities.
While the restaurant was good, approach was not very good.
Bathrooms were small.

Worst property - for tea they have waited to collect 250 in room for 15 min when I was not finding wallet and told I will pay at checkout time.
By the time I pay the tea charges the tea was cold
Worst experience for me and I never recommend such rude attitude staff where not understanding customer need

Not at all value for money. Many premium properties are in the city with the same price point. This should be at half the price they are charing.

The room layouts and decor is superb. The interiors are done very nicely. I've always loved the rooms.
The bathrooms have plumbing issues with water draining slowly. The restaurants are not up to the mark.

location in a nice neighbourhood , the studio style hotel
the blocked pipe was not attended to despite telling the housekeeper and she acknowledge that the maintenance will take action

This is an amazing Property. I’ve stayed here multiple times and the staff - Sushmita and Anirban have been fabulous! They go out of their way to make the hues feel comfortable. These are mostly ensuite rooms and are impeccably clean, well stocked and aesthetic. it’s situated in leafy Koramanagala so the views are lovely - also, you have so many restaurants and cafés nearby!
I wish the coffee shop would open up soon!

Complementary coffee with sides and homemade chocolates for my kids which made my kidsdelightful.
Rate is bit on the higher side. Could have become more attractive.

I was only here for a night, was looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay before my flight the next day. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable with all facilities that I required for my stay. Snacks were brought up to my room and a gift offered to me upon departing which was a nice gesture.
Difficult to find parking, my partner and I came with a private car and most of the spots were taken, eventually the staff helped us find a place to park. Would have been nice if they let us know where to park so as to avoid us having to loop back around again.
