Petit déjeuner correspondant à ce que l on attend d un établissement de ce type.choix des éléments varié, et copieux.vaisselle de Limoges. Un tout petit bémol: je n y ai rien vu de local, peut être ai je mal vu...ensemble parfait néanmoins.

Le contexte météorologique était exceptionnellement perturbé lors de mon sejour: vent et pluies abondantes.il m a semblé qu alors le double vitrage des ouvertures commençait à laisser passer de l air...peut être n était ce qu une impression...je reviendrais tout de même avec confiance en cet hôtel.

Disgusting room service food - a salad which came in a jar from the fridge. Inedible and cost me 16 euros!

Very quiet just on the outskirts of the beautiful city of Limoges.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The walk to old town was easy and took no more than 10-12 minutes.

Very comfortable business type hotel, comfortable beds, decent breakfast, good size TV. Located a few minutes walk from the old butchery district. Secure parking (additional cost).

Our 'superior' room was adjacent to the left so some noise could be heard when in operation.

If you had a dinner menu, to dine in It would be nice if you didn't have to go looking for a restaurant after a long drive. When you just want to eat and retire. As you don't encourage take away food.

Check in - Painless (I had booked the wrong date and they were kind and let us have a room anyway) and staff helpful and pleasant. Room - Good size, great shower and bathroom. Very comfortable bedding with good pillows. Shutters meant we had no daylight sneaking in, which was great. Breakfast - A good variety of hot and cold items. Pastries, various breads, eggs for boiling, bacon, scrambled eggs, cold meats and cheeses, pancakes, various jams, compotes and fresh fruits. It was a good breakfast but not exceptional, we have had better in 4* hotels. Coffee, tea and various fruit juices available. Parking - The car park appears to be really low but you can fit in if your vehicle is less than 1m90 (apparently) we were too chicken to try so we parked on the street. There isn't much parking on the street as the road is very busy.

The traffic noise! The traffic noise was really bad despite the double glazing and shutters. If you want a quiet room do not have one at front of hotel. We didn't sleep much at all :/ Sound proofing We also felt the rooms weren't very sound proofed, we had corridor noise, we could hear neighbouring rooms using their toilet and showers. We'd expect better sound proofing at this 4* price point. Keycards The key cards didn't work too well, our neighbours appeared to have the same issues with their keycards too. So you need to leave them in the door slot for around 5 seconds before they open the room, so don't be in a rush with them.

The staff were very efficient, polite and welcoming. Also, very professional!

We would have liked bath as opposed to the power shawer, but otherwise the bathroom facilities were excellent.
