very friendly helpful staff,very clean comfortable room,nice bar and a good breakfast.

Room was clean and big enought for 3 ppl

Breakfast was very poor, small choice. the next day food was like leftovers from the previous day. which was associated with poor quality of food - it was dry. the Service doesn’t respons to comments related to this. stay with breakfast included = Lost money.

swimming pool, jacuzzi ,sauna and steam room. bed was large and comfortable. friendly staff and nice bar.

It’s a bit tired across the rooms and lounge but the staff are good. I felt very disappointed with the breakfast…I paid for this in advance but it was really poor and not worth it. Some scrambled egg , beans and a few cheap sausages and bacon is not worth £14 …It’s Bury! What about the black pudding?

It was extremely clean and comfy. The night staff been so friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking space for our car. Swimming pool was so good and clean.

Breakfast was overall good but the lady wasn't that much around and every thing that we need we should stand up and ask for it. The morning staff was a pregnant lady that was a bit off and not friendly at all.

the whole hotel needs a “cleaning shower” for example lounge tables, paying machines, elevator buttons are sticky …

The location was nice and the outside of the hotel looks nice

The room was dated the sink was cracked and there was a loud argument right outside our room by some residents who just had no respect for anyone else they had there kids banging about till very late it was just a bad experience. I’ve stayed here before and was nice this was a bad bad experience

The location was great and the breakfast was a buffet so you could have as much as you wanted which was fab 👍

Allthough their was tea facilities it would of been nice to have some little packets of biscuits to go with it every hotel ive stayed in before has had them and even b&bs also some bottles of so that if you didn't want tea or coffee you had a choice other than drinking from the tap. Also i would make a suggestion that they should put a vending machine in these hotels because if you are up late and the bar is shut thats it you cant get a snack or anything apart from tea and coffee this was very disappointing if im honest.

I love village hotels in general this was very close to Manchester so wad perfect for us

Only thing I had was they tried to charge me £1.50 for my towels in the morning for swimming I had me and my two daughters and wife they told me to go back to the room and use the towels from there I said they are wet but still said I had to pay. In the end they just gave me some but I feel if you have paid for a room paid for drinks and food at the hotel I'm sure a towel for swimming isn't much to ask for? Be hey yeah I would stay again and no I won't pay for towels 🤣

the decor needed much to be desired. The water pressure in the shower was low and the water was cold. The rooms and corridors are in desperate need of renovation. I would not stay there again. not good value for money
