Wish we stayed in Milan longer purely because of the hotel. Location is perfect, breakfast great, room was really nice - comfiest bed we have stayed in. Staff helpful

الفندق اكثر من رائع، وجدت الكثير من التعليقات المخيفة عن موقع الفندق ولكن لايوجد شي كنا بنات وفعلياً الفندق موقعه عملي جدا قرب محطة القطار، الغرفة كانت واسعة ومقابل الفندق يوجد مبنى اثري جميل جدا، من اريح الفنادق التي مرت علي، شكرا جزيلا واتمنى ان تكون لي زيارة اخرى 🤍

Great location near to the train station and excellent breakfast.

I was shocked that some of the toiletries used by the previous guests were not replaced when I checked in.

The Starhotels Echo is a lovely mid-sized hotel with luxury features in the room--and in my case, an exceptional view of the beautiful central station. Located in one heart of the city, the hotel is 15 minutes from Linate airport and 3 minutes walk from the Stazione. The room is well-appointed with extremely comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom with all luxury towels and other appointments. A superb place to start a vacation with friends!

Such a luxurious feel to this hotel as soon as we walked in. Every staff member we encountered were so lovely and very happy to help - it was nice being greeted every time we walked into the hotel by the staff members at the door and it also made us feel safe with being near the station. The rooms themselves were of high quality and clean - we especially loved the pillow menu and the ability to turn the TV sound on in the bathroom as well as the complementary toiletries. These added extras really did elevate the whole stay. The air conditioning was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel room and stayed on while you were out of the room which coming back to after being in the scorching heat, was great.

The hotel was close to the main train station, however I would not recommend staying here if you are hoping to feel safe and enjoy wandering around your neighbourhood. We had a decent sized room with a window, air conditioning worked well and had one bottle of free water per day. Beds were comfortable but again sheets were old and worn. There is not much space if you have huge luggage. Rooms were cleaned daily and quickly which was appreciated.

The room had not had a deep clean for ages as there was dust under the beds, on the telephone and on the lampshades. The bulky lampshades next to the bed are ridiculous and serve no purpose. Rooms are dated and furniture worn. Only one bottle of water for two people seems a bit cheap. No ironing board but you could have one delivered for a 40 minute period only. The bathroom was tiny with lots of mould around the shower doors and hinges.

If you are heading back to the Hotel from Milan town walking after dark you have to try and get passed all the drunks drugs full of Nigerians shouting at you it’s not a nice location at night

Perfect location

Nice understated decor, very comfortable room, and a friendly ambiance. The staff were helpful and charming. I had a very enjoyable meal at the restaurant.

Breakfast wasn’t particularly good nor was it included.

The decor outside of the room, the lobby was very swanky. The hallways, elevators etc. were nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Again, the lobby and bar area was really nice and plush to lounge in.

The rooms, unless it was just our superior double that was selected for us, was quite cozy, not at all what was described. It was tight for two people and the bed was quite firm to sleep on.

the room was modern and clean. Location was great.....near the Milan train station. Breakfast was good but was quite limited to me as a Muslim.

The shower area....the screen was not big enough to avoid water from spilling to the floor. My height and age made it difficult to get into the bath tub where the shower is. And to make it worst, there is no bath mat in the shower area...it tend to be slippery when wet. Requested for a bath mat which the hotel does not have available Not enough storage area for clothes like drawers. Also not enough hangers

Conveniently located across the road from Milan’s central train station. Our room was spacious. The bed and pillows were uber comfortable. Perfect room for some down time.

The double room with twin beds not double beds. The plug was dunning in shower room.

Super friendly front desk staff who made a real effort to make guests comfortable. Comfy bed and windows that you can open. brilliant!

The shower did not work properly in 402, I asked them to fix it but unfortunately it still did not work on day 2, the reception staff were very apologetic about this when I told them at check out.
