Room was very pleasant, very nice bed. Reasonably good breakfast, lots of choice. Staff was very helpful.

I had to wait more than 10 minutes at the front desk waiting that someone comes. I finally called with my phone to make someone come in front of me. Parking not easy with a trailer (there is the Les Ecuyers racetrack clos to the hotel) and I saw there was another pilot in the same situation. Breakfast with limited hours due to lacks of employees (according to the hotel).

24 hour reception was useful for my late arrival. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was adequate and comfortable with all that is needed for a short-term stay. Good value breakfast with plenty of selection.

Rooms not very well soundproofed.

Good availability of parking. Reasonable breakfast but get there early 'cause it isn't restocked.

A long way from the town and if you walk all the way down that long hill be prepared for a strenuous long walk back because there wasn't a taxi service to be found from anywhere. The hotel is otherwise pretty basic and the rooms bereft of any character.

The room had an extra large bed. Good shower.

Pillows were dreadful. There wasn’t enough PowerPoints beside any mirrors . The place looked dingy from outside and the breakfast didn’t offer any hot food.

The room was a good size. It was clean and it was air conditioned! Since it was 40 degrees when we stayed, we were very happy for the air conditioning! The location was good. Everything worked well.

We had booked two rooms but when we arrived, there was only one room on the reservation. But they fixed it.
