The staff are awesome very welcoming sweet always asking how i feel and if breakfast if enough

well its very hot in france at this time and there is no AC at all the room get very hot and make sleep and rest difficult that will be the only reason that i will not come back until AC is available!

It is very convenient and useful for the vet before returning to UK with dog. This was the seventh time we have stayed at this hotel. Mostly this was before it became a Kyriad.

Staff not so accomodating now. The 'fridge didn't work and girl on reception couldn't be bothered to sort it - temperature was 27-30 C so was needed. We previously stayed in April. The retaurant was closed. We were told that this was due to Covid and it would be open by July. It was not and will not be until nexy year. Reception is now only open for limited hours so we had kill time for 2 hours when we arrived.

All staff couldn't have done more, they were faultless. Extremely helpful and booked us a cab for dinner.

Looking a little tired and needs a makeover. Understandably no restaurant open YET. Hopefully soon.

The town is a bit run down but the Asian restaurant practically next door satisfied our needs. The fridge had not been emptied since the previous guest
