Everything was perfect and very family friendly. A very safe and comfortable atmosphere. Food was fabulous and fresh! Most of all, our kids loved being there too.

Room was excellent as we received an upgrade. Reception were very good at check in.

Found breakfast too repetitive. No potato scone, no black pudding , hash browns or fried bread. Found the card only process not to my liking

The Hotel was very big and clean and the room that we had was amazing. The staff were all very kind and great to talk with and we felt very welcome and it was worth the money.

Scaffolding erected without notice. Staff rude. Unsafe access to hotel. Expensive considering what you get.

The hotel reception team greeted us on arrival, very friendly and helpful, and explained everything about the hotel. also said if we needed anything at all, just ask at reception. The room was spotless. We were ungraded to a larger room at no extra cost, excellent customer service bathroom very clean and the towels are big and very soft you also get an iron in the room The breakfast in the morning was very good covered all dietary requirements excellent service 👏

it was a long way from the town centre but you can catch the tram, which is just over the road from the hotel, and once you buy a ticket, it can be used all day on the trams

The location was peeve r, slightly back from the prom so nice and quiet. Food nice and reasonably priced also. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

Lifts were a bit of a squeeze and temperamental which was annoying with a pram but nothing that wasn’t fixed fast, we just had to wedge ourselves around the pram to allow the doors to close 🤣🤣

It’s very dates now . My mother in law was given an accessible room key a high window ! Nor what we asked for Breakfast items were limited and had to ask for most things to be replenished as it was so busy No one to keep a check
