The location was perfect with easy access to the ACC - where I spent two days in conference. The room was spacious and clean and the mattress very comfortable.

There was no WiFi in the room during my stay. This was difficult as it didn't allow me to work. The only alternative was to sit in the lobby which wasn't the right place for me to work. The television remote was working intermittently only. This meant moving the channels manually. Its not a big deal but it was just a bit annoying. Breakfast was ok but it didn't cater much for vegans. The fruit selection was minimal and there could have been more items on the hot counter; such as mushrooms or vegan sausages etc.

Great location, went for the comic con. Reasonably priced given the bank holiday weekend and other hotel price comparisons

I was on floor 4, stank of cigarette smoke, WiFi not working “only on my floor”, so had to connect to the nearby free Albert Dock which was hit and miss

Gorgeous hotel and perfect location, if you are wanting a beautiful renovated hotel on the docks of Liverpool, then this is perfect. Room was so lovely, with the most wonderful view of the Mersey and Liverpool eye. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was lovely. Nothing to fault ☺️

there was no hot water in our shower. The breakfast was abit inadequate, teh scrambled eggs were disgusting, like fake eggs processed and just heated up. There was no cheese or cured hams and limited fruit. Melon and kiwi would be nice.

The room was nice but the bathroom, it had a large step up into shower no shower slip- mat. Room was extremely hot, and I know fan was supplied but it was not big enough for the room so of no benefit.

The room was better than we expected. Larger and definitely cleaner than the Holiday Inn Express Chingford that we stayed at earlier in our trip. Location was suitable for our travel arrangements and the breakfast as good as any we have had in the Holiday Inn Express properties we have stayed at. Staff were friendly and obliging.

I would say nothing, However the maze like corridors resulting from the warehouse conversion were a challenge.

We found the room too hot but that was easy to sort out as we openend the windows and left them open all day It made our sleeping more comfortable .Wonderful

Very clean and friendly hotel. Also location is perfect.

In one day we had 2 fire alarm test. The first one was near the midnight and the other one the next morning. The first one was about 15 to 20 minutes so we evacuated the building. Apart the fire alarms everything was perfect for a city hotel.

Comfy bed and very well situated.

Boiling hot room and you can barely open the windows a slither No a/c and the shower doesn't enable you to shower just with cold water so there is no way to cool down.
