Bardzo miły personel. Poprosiliśmy o pokoje obok siebie i dokładnie tak dostaliśmy.
Śniadanie słabej jakości - płatki, batonik, rogalik, malutki kartonik mleka i soczek. Nie warte swojej ceny.

It did the job ..... nothing too fancy ... but it is what you'd expect for the price charged.
Parking is an issue ..... it is located next to a busy service station and there was an extra charge for parking that put a damper on things. It might sound like a small thing ... but it isn't as if the car park is in the middle of a large city .... you're in the countryside!!!!
Why can't patrons be given free car parking?.... it is just a thought ... and I don't want it to overshadow a good experience with some very friendly staff.

Mgr checked sm1 in my room after 10pm whilst I was in it ! Offered me a snack ... like a twix is gna make up for her incompetence.
Complained to booking.com who arranged a refund for that night, well actually it was an amount less than I paid for that particular night but... Moved to holiday inn, Telford which was far superior

Everything exceeded our expectation, the room was spacious and the bed sheets were soft, comfortable and made it easy for us to fall asleep. overall it was a great experience and great value for money.
The staff were friendly and welcomed us.
There was nothing we did not like about o0ur stay there.

We only paid £44 so very good value. The lad in reception was very friendly, polite and helpful. Wouldn't pay over £80 for the night for a room. We didn't have breakfast.

room number 120 is very noisy power generator from outside makes noise impossible to sleep at night and very weak internet signal

the beds were very comfortable and the hotel was clean, The staff were excellent, this hotel is well situated for visiting anywhere in Telford. it is great value and the services next door make eating very easy if you do not want to go far.

ideally situated for travelling, for what I paid it was worth the money, clean and tidy, and the staff were really nice and friendly.
the shower was a bit hit and miss, just make sure you shower early or later.

Super comfy bed and friendly staff and plenty of parking.
Coffee stains down the wall, light fitting hanging off the wall, didn't feel clean or look clean. No lift so struggled as I have disabilities. Very noisy location and poor/ old/outdated facilities.
My friends room had mould in the bathroom and another had coffee stains on their bedding.
