Not enough sachets of coffees and herbal tea choices in the room. No grapefruit juice or yoghurt/ fruit provided for breakfast.

Room well furnished and peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good - we ate there when we arrived and breakfasted there 3 times. Breakfast was prepared and served (not a buffet type) and it was good thick toast.

Cobwebs on the ceiling and spider in the bath! Room was a little warm for my preference but the windows opened onto a quiet street which made it more comfortable. Bed very soft - again it's a preference thing rather than anything - as I prefer a firmer mattress. There's a green light that burns all night and that woke me several times, I think it may be a safety feature but it was right above the bed and I am a 'blackout' sleeper.

Breakfast excellent, lots of choices, well cooked and very tasty. Service very good, staff friendly and helpful. Could not fault room.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped us with late check- in, breakfast and storing our luggage while we went out and about in the area.

The cleanliness could have been a little better. Breakfast was really good, but everything had to be ordered - its a long time since I stayed in a hotel without a buffet tabe for breakfast. Having said that, they were very helpful and brought everything we asked for. The car park was full but this was not a problem as we could park on the road.

Honestly there was nothing about the stay we didn't enjoy.

Friendly staff very helpful.A bit out of the way unless you have car. But overall stay was pleasant and got to meet who we went to see.

Staff were very welcoming, food was lovely, rooms, rooms were very big, spacious and clean, very good value for money

Room was very comfortable and very clean, it was nice and quiet. Dinner was very good the food very nice. Breakfast was excellent and a good choice on the menu. Staff all very helpful and pleasant. Parking was nice and easy with car park or ample street parking.

The only small problem was the bar is very busy in the evening so that when you are in the restaurant the noise level is such that conversation was difficult, however, menu, food and service were all good.
