Absolutely nothing!!!
Our rooms were disgusting!! Such a strong smell of bleach and where to start. A rusty towel heater, disgusting wooden areas open where the paint etc had come away, the taps move round unless you turn them on with both hands. The list is endless but the very worst thing was the bed - it felt hollow apart from the springs and I felt everyone of them as I moved. Just such poor quality and upkeep & way over priced!!!!

Was very surprised (in a good way) we’d booked suites, I had the Fleming suite with my brother & niece, was truly gobsmaked, was absolutely beautiful with jacuzzi bath which had tv in it, my niece nearly missed breakfast so she could go in it lol. Breakfast was continental, lots of choice would definitely stay again.

The food was excellent. Rooms were clean staff were very friendly especially the two lads on in reception would make you feel right at home thanks for a great stay well worth a visit and will be back again

Mattress was uncomfortable, wall lamps did not work (had no bulbs in them), shower was difficult to turn on, service in the restaurant was slow

We had a quiet room, number 6, away from the bar which was good as there was a New Year’s Eve party on. We stayed there as near to a wedding we were going to in another hotel. Staff were accommodating and our room was ready early.
The wall fixing for shower was broken so just had to hold the shower but nice and hot. Cooked breakfast was basic.

My first room had a problem -- quickly and efficiently sorted by me being moved to another room.
The room was quiet and comfortable, with a recently refurbished bathroom.
Breakfast was only continental breakfast, but I knew this. I nearly missed it as it was late being set up, but then it was fine; even a pot of freshly brewed tea. Good value.
Having loads of kids running round the car park and sprawled in Reception (in the evening, not the morning!) I rather think their parents were enjoying a drink or two in the bar....
