Location, restaurant with perfect view.

The breakfast quality and variety needs improvement.

Location was perfect and the staff was very helpful in every way.

Room was extremely warm ! And there is no air-conditioning in any room. I believe that in the summer it would be extremely hard to sleep there. Also the breakfast was ok, some things were over after 20 min and took a while to have them again. TBH, I would have expected more from a 4 star hotel with that spectacular location.

The hotel has the best view of the Mont Saint Michel. It was also very close to the shuttle service/ bus. The staff was extremely nice. Besides the amazing view, the rooms were extremely spacious. Dinner at the restaurant was also very delicious, we had dinner there every night.

The view from our room was magical!

The balcony needed a wash/paint and the restaurant windows needed a wash.

The view of mont st michel from the window and it’s location is next to the shuttle bus station. The room is big. Staff are friendly. The dinner is good.

The breakfast is mediocre.

The reception was super nice and friendly, the staff always smiling. Large and clean rooms and a great view of the Mont Saint Michelle from the large window. More than expected.

Need to make a reservation for dinner, but this was made clear during check-in

The location is amazing. We had an uninterrupted view of mont st Michel from our room.

Breakfast was poor. We went down for breakfast about 8.30am and the room was such a mess. Tables loaded with used pots. Just not enough staff.

The location is great! Perfect location.

The rooms and hotel needs some tlc. Dinner wasn't very nice, ut may have had Michelin chef at one time. However, it wasn't Michelin Star now. The rooms are in need of repairs and some tlc, but even then the rooms needed a cleaning.

This is an excellent base from which to explore Mont Saint Michel. The hotel does all the things it should do well and the food was excellent. Definitely the best hotel to stay in at this location.

It would take very little effort to improve the restaurant- all reviews that mention the (poor) quality of the restaurant are unfortunately true…

The site was fantastic with a view panoramic for the Monaster. The staff was nice and helped us correctly. The room was comfortable.

There was no internet at all. Even my paid service was not reachable. The wifi - there was no wifi even if I received all necessary codes for that. The breakfast was sufficient but the omelett was not good at all and I asked beacon in vain several times.

It was convenient. The price was great. Nice staff.

Arrived Sunday and dining room was closed. Understandable though. My room was hot as no AC or fan, so I had to open the sliding glass door. Had there been a screen, I would have rated my stay higher. I can't verify the sliding glass door locked, but it should be. At night, I closed the sliding door, but some mosquitoes were already in the room. I would avoid staying there in the summer, unless one plans on being gone during the afternoon and early evening. It's just too hot.

Horrible breakfast

Can't beat the view (had a family room with the view). Very comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Had a dinner / breakfast included and highly recommend the option if you want to explore Mont Saint Michel and then just relax (there is not much going on in the area). We had a family room in the main building, it had two separate big bedrooms with huge closets (with one bedroom having access to a large terrace) and two bathrooms which was much better than expected from the pictures showing loft kind of situation. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant tables and windows could use some cleaning.
