Reception staff were really friendly

Breakfast was stressful. The process wasn’t explained and so were shouted at by staff and eyes were rolled a few times making us feel like a nuisance and so a few days we skipped the breakfast due to the atmosphere. There was also a lack of sun beds every day meaning sometimes you didn’t get one all day as people would leave their towels even though not there and this wasn’t checked.

Great staff and excellent location to explore Montecatini. The room was comfortable, as was the bed. The shower is a little small, but had good water pressure. The location was excellent and easy to get to the center of town. The included breakfast was plentiful with many choices. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

The hotel staff were friendly and professional, the beds where comfortable. Location was not too touristy and was in a quite part of the town a short walk from great restaurants and train station. The breakfast buffet was continental and had a good selection, dinner in the restaurant of hotel boston opposite side of the road was good due to our tiredness could not have the full three courses that was offered. the atmosphere was a friendly and happy place to work for the staff and this made the stay enjoyable

more power points that are separate from light switch which would allow uk plugs with adapters to work, and a waste bin in the bedroom

Great central location. Staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Paula and Alessa.

The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast included a large variety of food. The Staff of the hotel was very pleasant and very helpfull when we had different request! It was a very nice stay!

In the early morning I woke up because I heard people speaking from the road. The rest of the time it was quite silently though. It was just for a few moments.

There won't be a second time - I can't understand when a hotel cheats customers like this - is it the complicity of Booking.com ? I will wait for a clear explanation…

Good breakfast served from 7 to 10, depending on the time it can be a bit congested as it is served by hotel staff due to the pandemic. Very clean all areas of the hotel and the pool. The pool was not very big but it was almost empty when we used it. The town and all the nearby places are very beautiful and can be explored on foot.

The hotel was excellent! We stayed for 5 days as a couple. Our room was enormous and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was amazing! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel very safe by all wearing masks, plenty of sanitizer available and everything being cleaned daily. The hotel is close to 2 train stations so is well connected for day trips (we managed to eaily visit Florence, Bologna and Pisa) the hotel also provided a map and suggestions on where to go in the local Montecatini area. Highly recommend!!!

We loved everything! It would of been a nice bonus to have a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee in the morning. The hotel did have a bar/cafe area to get drinks so we'd go downstairs to buy and bring the drinks back to the room.

The rooms were quite ok, but given we booked the "Superior" room, they were not too great, either. Nice there was a roof pool (albeit small) 50 meters away from the main building.

The staff was absolutely below expectation. It startet with us waiting for 10 minutes at the empty reception. The person who then came did neither great us, nor say a single word of being sorry for letting us wait. Breakfast was a joke. Due to COVID-19 there was no buffet, which is ok, but we had to pre-order from a small list of options (ridiculously translated to German) and were not even offered a second cup of coffee or anything. Not worth that price at all.
