colazione varia ma non troppo, anche chi ha delle intolleranze può trovare qualcosina, sarebbe buono aggiungere un pò di frutta perchè chi ha intolleranze al glutine e al lattosio può buttarsi solamente sulla colazione salata "americana", copertura wi-fi in tutta la struttura, la seconda camera era ok ma le prime 2 notti abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta per far cambiare un pò l'aria, ho chiesto la mattina dopo di dare una pulita extra e di cambiare il copriletto bucato e hanno provveduto, anche se con un po' di scettiscismo.

Arrivo nella prima camera, ore 23-00, forte odore di chiuso e presenza polvere sulla tv e alcuni mobili, immediata reazione allergica causa polvere + scoperta di non aver dietro l'antistaminico. Portiere notturno burbero e poco comprensivo dello stato in cui ero, si rifiuta di cambiare la camera ma mi indica la farmacia di turno più vicina per reperire l'antistaminico. Ritorno in albergo verso l'1:30, insisto per avere un altra camera - nonostante l'antistaminico, appena rientravo, i sintomi allergici si riacutizzavano - il portiere notturno mi sostituisce la camera malvolentieri sostenendo infastidito che non bastava specificare in fase di prenotazione che ero allergica, ma che avrei dovuto anche precisare il mio "grado di allergia". Nel trasbordo tra una camera e l'altra, perdo la mia collanina d'oro, che non verrà più ritrovata. La seconda camera è in condizioni nettamente migliori, ma il mio compagno trova una consistente quantità di polvere sul chiudiporta della porta d'ingresso e sul telaio della porta del bagno, li pulisce e arieggia prima di farmi entrare. Il copriletto presentava un buco da bruciatura di sigaretta, non è presente lo scaldasalviette. Dopo una doccia e aver sistemato i bagagli torno nella hall verso le 3 per comprare dell'acqua dal bar, non trovo presente nessuno, luci abbassate sia al bar che alla reception e rumore di qualcuno che russa, non è stato possibile fare nulla e sono tornata in camera.

During our stay, several aspects left a positive impression on us. Firstly, the room was quite good, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable space to rest and relax. The staff was exceptional, displaying a level of kindness and attentiveness that made our stay even more enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making us feel welcome throughout our visit.

While there were many positive aspects, there were a few areas that didn't fully meet our expectations. The breakfast offered fell short of what we anticipated from a 4-star hotel. It lacked variety and quality, leaving us a bit disappointed in the morning dining experience. Moreover, we were disappointed to find that the hotel didn't have a spa available, which we were looking forward to enjoying during our stay. The sauna option was available, but we found it to be expensive and not worth the cost. Additionally, the process of booking and using the sauna proved to be a hassle, which added a bit of inconvenience to our experience. In summary, we had a good overall stay, enjoying the comfortable room and the attentive staff. However, improvements in the breakfast selection, availability of a spa, and the ease of accessing the sauna would have made our experience even better.

Room very nice decor with large rooftop terrace sunbeds , outdoor shower and mountain view.. Restaurant breakfast & dinner. Outdoor bar area.Friendly staff. 10 minutes walk from train station perfect for exploring other cities and towns

Would suggest the plastic chairs on terrace be replaced with stronger seats as break very easily and dangerous...minor negative easily fixed. ...advise bring travel kettle if you fancy tea coffee in room....Overall a lovely hotel highly recommended

Great buffet breakfast. The on duty manager was extremely helpful, making our check in as relaxed and easy as possible. Everyone was polite and made you feel welcome.

We were on half board basis and found the evening dinner menus bland, limiting and generally disappointing. Pool area ok but felt it lacked attention. Tea & coffee facilities in the room would have been nice.

The hotel is in a great location , 7/8 minutes walk to station and the same to the centre of the town. The rooms are lovely but the best thing about the hotel are the staff, especially the receptionists. They were so friendly and helpful-great assets to the hotel
