Close to whale watching

Not clean, residents lived there - barking dogs, man with dogs gave us dirty looks when we were in games room and then his dogs barked day and night, loud music from residents, not very clean, wifi wouldn’t work, gate fob kept playing up, single bed was too small and my daughters legs had to hang off bed, shower was terrible, air con loud, no air con in bed rooms. I did mentioned dog s and wifi at check out but person behind reception but she wasn’t very interested. Never staying here again

Nice staff, good value, close to everything

The permanent residents were extremely rude. Not all.. but most. Our neighbour made our stay unpleasant. Often shouting profanities at our 11 year old child. It was a family holiday and no noise was made after 8

The room was very nice , well equiped . Bed very comfortable . Gardens and pool area nice

We were allocated a room at the rear of the property not in the main building shown in all of the pictures online . A block away from the waterfront, a long walk to the restaurant, very disappointing . Asked for an extra key as I was travelling with my teenage daughter who was attending an evening event . Told no second key available which meant I had to stay up to let her back in .

We couldn’t watch TV the picture was jumping all over the place and the sound was crackling. Ceiling fan in the bedroom was terribly noisy

I have videos and photos of how unclean the apartment was. The staff on arrival were slightly rude, especially when I asked to change rooms. They were not happy with us booking through this site, booking.com and even said next time its best I book directly. My honest opinion is, it shouldn't matter who books through who, just that it's a pleasant stay. Which this was dreadful experience and not worth nearly $500 of my hard earnt money. On arrival to our apartment, the cleaners left behind a dirty hand towel, which they use for cleaning in the bathroom. Hair and lots of it throughout the apartment, including random nail clippings. Dishes were not cleaned, and benches were not wiped down. WiFi did not work over the 2night stay no matter what we did to try to get it to work. Cleaners came back on the 2nd day and still wasn't clean enough. The clothes dryer didn't work. And on our 2nd day stay, as we were exiting the building through the hallway, my daughter stood on a rusty carpet staple that went through her thong and entered her heal, resulting in bloody bandaids. For all matters, I rang reception and all we were offered was 2 free breakfast buffet meals for one morning (I declined as I lost trust in them and thought we might get food poisoning, no thank you) and a text message for a address to the hospital and not liable for any medical problems. (Medical side, no problems we have our own health insurance and travel insurance.) Lucky we didn't need any medical attention, but the cleanliness and behaviour of the place needs serious adjusting. It was our first time staying in Hervey Bay, we do have family friends who live there who couldn't believe what they were also seeing and we can say, we will not be coming back to this hotel or any hotel under this company worldwide. I highly do NOT recommend staying here. Not above board, not even close. Extremely disappointed in their standards and they need to lift the ball game exceptionally higher.

Lovely clean apartment with comfy beds. Great facilities at the resort.

Need to up date the TV to a smart TV.

They promoted their property was secure and had security cameras, however when l stayed there my car was damaged by theives. They are claiming they are not responsible. I now have to go legal to get them to get my car fixed. All very unfortunate l mean what place does not have the appropriate insurance for guests and their possessions? Very disappointing
